We’ve just spent the past week arbor Portals Hills. What an amazing chilled week it’s been. It’s a swish place, great decor, high end, however has a very homely feel. Our room(208), was fantastic, great standard of amenities. It’s a very cool, chic spot, soulful house being played throughout the day and into the evening. We wanted a chilled break and we certainly got one. The standard of service was top notch. Special mention to Alberto and Vanessa, amazing hospitality. One small negative is the tv’s in the bedrooms could do with an update. It would be great to have smart TVs for Netflix etc. We can’t really comment too much on the food as we ate out every day. Breakfast is fantastic. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid back chilled break.…
We spend a day at the Portals Hills which was really great. On the top of the hills near Portals Nous overlooking the sea. Great lunch with home-made olive oil, tasty tuna tartar and iberico ham to die for with rose wine from Menorca. The afternoon we spend at the pool with laid back music which creates a relaxing vibe through the small resort. Sure we we will visit again!…
Stayed here for four nights just past the busy season. Other than the Friday night fashion show, it was generally pretty quite. While I loved the fashionable design and the major renovation this hotel must have recently undertaken was well done, I would have preferred to be on the sea. The pool deck was nice and had some activity during our stay. Rooms are comfortable with nice lite down duvet and pillows, great lighting throughout the hotel (I want to know who the lighting designer was as they did well), white floors and marmalino plaster walls also in white... Breakfast - was OK. It was included in our rate and I’d give it a 3 out of 5. Felt a bit sterile. We ate a lite dinner the last night and the food was good, although we were the only ones and only ate there because we were tired and it was convenient for our last night before an early flight.…
I wanted to find the perfect place to relax for a long weekend in Mallorca - I found it! The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are all stunning (we took a grand suite on the end overlooking the 'Crocs') and the pool area is really stylish, if at times a little packed!. Its in a good location up the hill, and the walk in to the port is really nice (downhill) in the evening. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and the staff were all amazing - nothing is too much trouble, it was great service throughout and some stunning cocktails are served around the pool and great a breakfast :-) I will be returning again for sure - I think I may have found my perfect weekend break location!…
This hotel is most certainly one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the friendly staff & everything they did was with a smile. They also made our engagement & 30th birthday celebrations extra special with champagne, balloons, roses & birthday cake (as well as singing to my fiancé at breakfast). The pool area was so beautiful and chilled out & the little complimentary cocktails were a nice touch. The whole hotel was beautifully modern & clean. Absolutely zero complaints. I hope to be back in the near future.…
