Stayed at this hotel with my wife and 23 year old daughter, we chose a I bedroom apartment in the suite part of the hotel. A!l in all we had a good experience in this hotel, i will list the positives and a couple of negatives. Positives first. 1. The hotel and rooms are modern and very clean. 2. We upgraded from self catering to all inclusive when we arrived, it cost just over 100 pounds each for the week, which I think isn't bad value, the food is good and varied and tends to change every evening. 3. As we were staying in the suites, we tended to use the pool there, personally I think it's the better pool with better facilities than the main pool, and you could always get a sun bed any time of the day. 4, the location is good, you can walk to Palma Nova centre in 10 minutes, Magaluf in about 15 minutes. The main pool is by the sea with access via steps to the sea of you fancy it. 5. The bar veranda is a lovely place to sit in the evening to watch the sun go down. 6. The staff were always friendly to us, and it was nice to see them pulling people up for not wearing masks in the restaurant. Now for a couple of negeatives. 1. The one bedroom apartment lacked a bit of privacy for our group of 3 adults, the bathroom door is just frosted glass with no lock, the bathroom sink is also outside the bathroom so personally I didn't like that, bathroom time for me is private time. However the bathroom itself was very nice with a great shower. 2. The cleaners (who do a good job) tend to come into the room too early, once they came in at 8.45am without even knocking, come on guys, I'm on holiday, is it to much to ask for a lie in, i know I could have hung the do not disturb sign, but that's really early. 3. The all inclusive isn't really all inclusive, as the law has changed, now you only get free alcoholic drinks with meals, plus snacks at the main pool were also charged. Suites pool however, snacks were included. Not too many negatives though, and overall this is nice hotel in a good location, with good facilities and I wouldn't hesitate in returning.

Room Tip: If you have kids, i wouldn't pick a room above the veranda, as the entertainment may keep...

Hotel's Favourite
I have visited Majorca many times and this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are modern and airy. We are staying in a beach view suite and I don’t think I will ever tire of the view it is truly beautiful. We watched the sunrise the first morning we were here and it took our breath away. The pools are just lovely with a life guard on duty. And you can go directly into the sea from the pool. The staff go above and beyond to help Carol and Ernest are fantastic. The food is great, the location is perfect. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The only downside is eventually we will have to go home. But we will definitely be back!!!

Although this is a lovely hotel in a lovely location I cannot recommend it to anyone hoping for all inclusive. The recent legislation by the Majorcan government states no more than 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner . In this hotel the restrictions are lunch and dinner only for all inclusive drinks which are either wine or beer and no more than 3 drinks per person...Although you served yourself so could have had more if you wanted as the staff were not observing the number of drinks per person .Soft drinks however are freely available I enjoy a coffee after a meal but this is not allowed in the dining room after lunch and dinner ,I felt quite disappointed about this . Other alcoholic drinks were available from pool bar or in the lounge where the children's disco is at a cost . The splash park near the pool for the children and the children's playground was closed, again disappointing as we were travelling with children. The hotel and rooms were very clean . The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was one waitress in the dining room who we witnessed being particularly rude to a guest as the guest was trying to fill up a water bottle from the dispenser..the waitress rightly said she couldn't do it for hygiene purposes so when the guest went to fill a glass of water up to dispense in her bottle at the table the waitress rudely told her she couldn't do this either ,the guest was quite annoyed and left . However in the whole a lovely hotel ,lovely staff butI would not return basically due to the all inclusive situation as I had to spend much more money than I normally would in an all inclusive holiday We travelled with Jet 2 who sold the holiday as all in

We have just returned from the Alua Hawaii, it’s our third visit. We had a brilliant time. As always the hotel was clean, cannot fault the santitising stations, they were everywhere. We had a premium room and were welcomed with a bottle of chilled fizz. We knew about the limited drinks for the AI package but we didn’t find it a problem. Not the hotels fault. The drinks were discounted in the bars so it wasn’t an issue. We go out every evening anyway. Food was always plentiful and tasty. The attention to detail at the salad buffets was great. Chefs had taken so much time and effort on these displays. There were no issues getting a sun bed. Always the early birds securing their place but not a problem for us. The staff were always polite and friendly and a credit to this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. I would recommend a premium room for the space and of course the views. Thank you to everyone for making our stay stress free and very enjoyable. Can’t wait to be back!!!

Beautiful hotel in a lovely spot, very nice scenery, great rooms - we upgraded from our sea view room, not because it was bad but a tactical decision, as we visited during a pandemic I thought if we have to stay for longer than planned best being in the best room we could get. Wasn’t disappointed! €42 per night extra and they gave a 15% discount as we were taking two rooms. Both next door to each other and on the 2nd floor, view above the pool and more convenient - No need to wait on lifts etc. Hotel is walking distance to the beach and bars, pool area very nice also. You have to be up early for choice of loungers, but that’s the case with most places now, I don’t mind as it’s an early start to the day anyhow! We found all staff friendly. Drinks weren't cheap but adding hr beautiful scenery into the mix was worth it. During booking we paid the extra for (Half Board plus) upgrade on drinks but didn't seem to make any difference?! There didn't seem to be any additional service over the standard wine /beer on serving. Not a complaint though as this wasn't the hotel that offered it. We have already booked forJuly Next year and looking forward to our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay!
