Me and a friend booked this as a cheap and cheerful 3 night trip as a travel agent myself I like to stay at decent hotels! We found this hotel and it was such a good price! The staff are pleasant especially the pool staff/entertainment/pool bar staff. The facilities are great and the hotel is stunning especially for the price! It is a great sun trap around the pool! It is close to the beaches both Palmanova and Magaluf beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. A short 10 minute walk away. The only downside and I only have one... Is one of the nights we had some trouble sleeping around 3am. We'd only got back around 1.30am as our flight was the morning after so wanted some sleep however we were woken up at 3am by the phone ring and drunk people ringing our doorbell and others on the same row repeatedly and running up down. We just ignored it as it was to be expected so close to Magaluf and they were harmless. Other than that absolutely amazing and it wouldn't put us off returning. …
Stayed at the end of august, overall very good, the room was clean, fresh towels, bed made and room tidied everyday. Pool nice and spotlessly clean however the music around the pool was heavily repeated on a daily basis it was the same 10 songs on repeat. Great location, close by to the beach , restaurants and strip , it is on a steep hill but we didn’t find that a problem. Only downside was the windows are not glazed or soundproofed, and are room being on the road meant quite often working vehicles and binmen would wake us early, in fact any slight noise you would hear. However was a very good stay, staff are friendly, perfect for any boys and girls on holiday with there friends, wouldn’t recommend so much to families. I would definitely return !
We have just come back from a 6 night stay in the hotel. The hotel is immaculate, however you are guaranteed to be awake between 01:00AM & 03:00AM. As all the bars, in Mallorca, currently shut at 01:00AM and the club-goers continue their parties in the corridors, on the balcony’s and in the rooms. You can’t here anything from the Magaluf strip and the hotel seem to be ignorant to the noise from certain guests. 2 of the 6 nights some of the club goers were even jumping in the pool (again Staff not addressing this). Whilst this may sound like a grumpy review, it is only factual. We appreciate that everyone goes on holiday to have a great time and with a great time comes noise, but this noise was excessive…. Screaming, shouting, banging, door slamming. Another point I didn’t like is how the Staff would mop the corridors and stairs, and not put any signs up. More than a few times I nearly fell over. The rooms were cleaned daily. New towels daily. Air con is also super cold. There are a good pint of English channels on the TV. The Room only contained a fridge and hair dryer. No Kettle, Microwave, etc. The hotel has 4 pools. 1 covered, 1 main pool, 1 kids pool and a small adult pool(jacuzzi size, no bubbles). The bar menu is good and reasonably priced. Few times it was cheaper to have lunch at the hotel, than in nearby restaurants. The SPA supermarket below the hotel has also closed down. The steep hill you will l hear people refer to is of a reasonable gradient but manageable. A lot of the area has closed down, not closed due to Covid and awaiting to reopen but fully closed with rental adverts on doors and shutters. Would we come back, honestly… NO… but this hotel may be more suited to your 18-30 partygoers!…
Hotel looks great, rooms are a great size however the hotel itself is on a steep hill so anyone with mobility issues may struggle getting up and down to it on foot. Night time was awful - stayed in room 802 and was wakened at all hours of the night by the noise in the hotel every single night during our stay. The rooms have a fridge for storing food which was great for buying our own drinks. TV has British channels which was handy as not everything had reopened yet. Hotel would be handy for anyone wanting to go to Magaluf strip.
Visited here with a friend in October 2019 check in was 2am and the receptionist was very helpful polite and informative we were self catering and was given room 339 room very spacious double comfy bed in bedroom great living lounge area well presented great storage and lovely bathroom, room was cleaned every day fresh towels left every time and bedding changed every other day the cleaners were lovely always said hello. As we were self catering it's great to have a spar right beside the hotel which was cheap enough for all essentials there is an option to buy the all inclusive as a daily basis perfect for a lazy day at the hotel. Pool was spotless plenty of beds around music played and a lovely relaxed feel from all guests pool bar great service every time and great measures always a plus! Hotel is perfect location 5 mins away from bottom of strip and beach it is situated on heart attack hill named for a reason do not wear heels! Be like me and carry them until flatter ground 🤣 will defo be back maybe not this year but defo next until next time…
