It says three stars next to the impressive entrance hall which I just don't get. In sSpain a 3 star hotel is usually a fleapitt over an abetoir but this is great. Closer to a uk 4 star by a mile. Literally at the terminus to old Friglianni with (I believe) every room having a view of the valley across...

After hearing many recommendations for the restaurant we decided to give it a try. We went for the set evening menu at 14.95 euro per person. Service was excellent. We started with the prawns which were excellent and for main we had the hake. The hake came with tagliatelli and veg, both of which were very good. The meal was...

This was like a dream come true for us 2 Australians. We had seen photos of white villages in Andalucia, We had seen photos of hill villages in Tuscany, and mountain villages lost somewhere in the Mediterranean. Frigiliana is it, all rolled into one! To arrive here, you need to use a bus from Nerja (pay one Euro when you...

We live in Nerja. On Sundays we usually go to dinner. Was right to choose this restaurant for dinner. Good food, friendly atmosphere and excellent service. The waiter is very friendly, and has extensive knowledge not only in wine, if not in meats and other dishes typical of the Spanish diet.

Unfortunately an excellent meal was spoit by the poor service. We had to leave the table to find a waiter who seemed more intersted in a visit from what looked like a supplier than the few customers he had in the restuarant. The toilets left much to be desired, no soap, no hand towels and no toilet paper and the...

This hotel is under new ownership and everyone in the village is recommending the food so we thought we would give it a try. This was a leap of faith as previously the food was awful. However, we have now been to the restaurant and it is fantastic. The standard of food is totally amazing, the new chef excelled himself...

Fantastic menu del dia great food at an unbelievable price. We have been twice so far and have been very impressed with the standard of food and service. It's so nice to see some imagination put in to the menu, worlds away from the majority of menu del dia's. The menu del noche looks equally as good value and then...
