We stayed in the first week in November. The weather was lovely - 23 degrees C. The resort was very quiet which we like. The 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge area was nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped even provided...More

We enjoyed a week at this place. The resort itself was great with a swimming pool and many other activities for children most of which we couldn't enjoy as we were more interested in exploring other parts of Spain. Although a very peaceful place but...More
Loved Club Calahonda, good facilities, immaculate gardens and pool, would definitely visit again.
September is perfect time to visit, still 35 degrees but quieter as out of school holiday season. Friendly staff and handy for bus route to Marbella, La Cala.
Enjoyed a pleasant few days at this nice old resort. Apartments may be dated but were perfectly adequate and very clean. Helpful and welcoming staff, will definitely return. Great walk along the seafront for miles.

I depends which apartment you are allocated and how much elbow-room you like. Sizes vary a good bit. 2 bed flats have 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower over it, one smaller one with a walk-in shower. In the bigger flats 4 will have ample space, since living/dining/kitchen area is roomy. 6 adults could be a squeeze, with 2 using the sofa-bed in the living room. One bedroom has twin beds, the other a double, both have reasonable space and storage. 6 is the max for any flat. In the small flats I'd not recommend more than 2 adults and 2 smallish kids - there really isn't much room at all. Call reception and ask about your options as early as you can after booking.

Hi Salgor0. There are 2 lifts giving access to a fair number of apartments, and the ramp access is reasonable around the property (unlike Club Marbella, also a Crown Resorts property, for which your chair or scooter would need an ice axe and crampons to use their 'accessible' ramp - complete joke and I never can believe it's legal!). My dad used a scooter and Club Calahonda was great - him and my mum came here for years. Call reception and they can tell you which ones. Some are much smaller than others, so worth checking that with reception too!
