Loved the hotel, the photos are very realistic of what you get when you arrive at their premises. It feels very elegant and comfortable, large bedrooms, with aircon and a door inside the bedroom that you can shut to avoid incoming noises from the corridor. Mind you, rooms on the side of the church are noisier than the ones on the other side, but if you close the balcony door and the great electric blinds, you should be fine (also, some ear plugs might be needed for light sleepers just like me). Staff was super helpful and involved. Housekeeping and breakfast team were kind and attentive. Rooms were cleaned everyday, but you can ask them not to; they also have COVID-19 measures in place. Staff attended all our needs without any issues. WiFi was a bit on the down side, but still good enough most of the times. The one thing I would say was a disadvantage is the pillows, way too soft. I asked for a firmer one at the reception desk but we couldn't get anything firmer. Overall, I was really pleased and I hope I can visit this hotel again in the future.

I only stayed one night in this hotel but I liked it. I was surprised by the style of the room and also its size. A very good and quiet room! Also I apreciated the breakfast. It could have more diversity but in terms of qaulity it was good. About the location it is good, near the A1 and who goes by car, there is the possibility to park inside your car. Good choice!

The hotel is in a central square of Pombal. A little expensive compared with some on our trip. Quite small, it looks very pretty with masses of pink flowers hanging from every balcony. We had a view of the lit-up church and we could watch the Saturday flea market below our room. Room had been recently renovated with attractive, light, modern décor. Plenty of surfaces for our things. Would have been easier access if sockets had been placed above the desk, not underneath. Big comfortable bed. Had to watch out because the edges of the bed frame were sharp. Carpeted which personally I dislike. Didn’t bother us but the television was miniscule. Air conditioning was excellent. Soundproofing not great. We put up with our neighbour bellowing into his phone for an hour at 1am before asking him nicely to be quiet (he was fine). Bathroom had a bath with a shower over it but there was no grab rail so I found it a little difficult getting out. Breakfast was on the top floor terrace. Attentive staff. Food OK except for undrinkable orange squash. Poor choice on our last day when there were coach parties in and they ran out of all the nice things. Really helpful male receptionist.

Had to stay here due to emergency circumstances last week. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We checked in at 1.30am! The room was excellent, clean, good bathroom , first rate air conditioning and free parking. Even had a lovely balcony too! Throw in a good breakfast and this is an easy 5 stars

We went to Pombal for our friend's wedding. We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. This hotel for us deserved 5*. Very modern, very clean, luxury and delicious breakfast. Wonderful people at the reception. Only downside for us was entry to the car park, I'm driving over 20 years and I had difficulties to get in and specially to get out from it. Apart this little thing, highly recommend this very charming place :)
