This hotel is basically a low budget place and you get what you pay for. It is clean, the staff are friendly (e.g. they were happy to let us put stuff in their freezer) and free parking is provided a short walk from the hotel. Please note that the address on trip advisor is incorrect if you are coming by...

I was part of a school group that went to this hotel. When using the shower, the water goes over toilet. To get onto the balcony, you had to crawl under the shutter. The breakfast was one stiff roll. Other guests got better service but not our group. We had more or less the same meal every night which was...

Hi first of all she is writing a sea of lies. Evidently the serenella has never stayed in, since it's a hotel bed and breakfast also is telling only imaginations. I could talk to him of behavior, noble who had his school. you've destroyed the hotel. He didn't write the reason why I sent you away from it. too easy...

We took a group of students to Italy and stayed at Hotel Serenella in Lido Di Jesolo, Venezia. Staff were very friendly and rooming was quickly organised. Food was good and the students enjoyed the main meal, desserts were a little basic though. I asked for some extra fruit for students in the morning and this was arranged for the...

Where to start? Being positive, and bearing in mind it was for a group of 40 school students aged 16-18, I would not have chosen it for myself. Location for visiting Venice, excellent, near the shops and restaurants. the waitress at mealtimes was helpful, but thereafter it is impossible to commend this hotel at all. It is old fashioned in...

This was a very simple hotel. It is in some need of renovations. The bathrooms often flood causing water to flow into the bedroom area. The Air Conditioning works great. The food was fine and was in buffet style. I did not have a bad experience, but i dont think i will stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here as part of a group trip being the coach driver. I found the hotel was in need of some updating. Staff I spoke to did not want to help due to my legal hours of driving would never stay here again and would not recommend it. Out group opted to eat out at a nearby restaurant rather than...

We stayed here as part of a school trip with a group of 50+, in spite of some of the negative reviews I have read I have to say I enjoyed my stay, for our needs and budget this hotel was ideal. The Facilities: Decor was a little dated and worn with no separate shower cubicles in the bathrooms etc,...

We stayed here on an Explorica tour. It was small, and there is not a separate shower in the bathroom, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly. It is near the beach, and near the shopping area, but not too near, so it was very quiet.

Our Group stayed here Easter Sunday on an Exploricia tour. We are from Rhode Island, Usa and were traveling the major areas in Italy. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms- dingy and dirty is all I can say (spiders and little bugs on high ceiling) Bathrooms were all in need of major cleaning and...

I stayed at the Hotel Serenella as part of a school tour. The room is small as expected in many basic hotels in Europe, and it was also very clean. In our room, the bathroom was a combo shower/toilet (there is no separate area for showering). Good wi-fi is available in the common areas only (the lobby and the dining...
