Great hotel. Great room. Great breakfast (including cheese/meat) and great coffee. Very helpful front desk. Don't be misled into thinking this hotel includes view of ocean. View is blocked by bridge although each room has outside space which is very nice and unususal. Levanto is a mere train ride away from Cinque Terre towns and easy to get to. Good...

The hotel has a central location in Levanto, very close to the beach and with a perfect view for the nearby park and the pedestrian area . In summer time this area is full of people and it is very nice sitting in the balcony before dinner and watch people go by. You are really in the middle of everything…...

In my considerable experience in travelling in Europe (not so much in Italy), this was a gem. The reception staff went way above and beyond the call. All helped in numerous ways, sorting out internet issues, bookings at the next stop, etc, etc. The breakfasts were a treat, and seemed to cater to visiting northern European folk, with heavier breads...

This is a really nice hotel: right size, right location, clean, comfortable, friendly and welcoming. Travel by local train to the other Cinque Terre towns is easy and fun. The rooms are fine, the breakfasts excellent, the hosts helpful and knowledgeable. We felt at home. Highly recommended!

My son and I were very glad we had chosen Levanto as our gateway to the Cinque Terre and that we had chosen the Garden Hotel. The owners do everything possible to make you comfortable, the breakfast is good, the room is clean and comfortable. If I went to Cinque Terre again, I would stay in Levanto again. It's a...

The Hotel Garden is a clean, modern place, a block from the beach in Levanto. The single rooms are tiny, with a balcony. But the rooms feel warm and welcoming, and if they are small, you can marvel at how well they are designed to take advantage of the limited space. They also seem to have been built or renovated...

On our recent trip to Italy, we had a last minute change of plans and decided to head to the Cinque Terre a day earlier. Unable to find lodging in the 5Terre, we contacted the Garden Hotel at the last minute and were able to reserve two double rooms. The hotel is centrally located, with a wonderful English speaking staff....

Our double room had private bathroom, minibar, kettle for tea and coffee, tv sat sky gold, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, for 110,00 euro per room, per night and included breakfast and taxes. Hotel Garden is just one street back from the beach next to the central square. Reception is one floor up and presents nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good english. One guy in particular was most helpful and went out of his way to ensure we got the most reliable trains and went to the right places! Thanks!! Levanto...

This hotel was probably the most comfortable during our 2 week stay in Italy. Everything was right about this place, except the weather! We were sad to leave the comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast, location near the sea and even the free internet connection in the lobby! The room, lobby and breakfast area were all very clean and nicely decorated. The...
