We read reviews about the reception being on the second level, so we walked up, no biggie at all. Greeting us must be David the ever helpful receptionist. He explained all the places to go and even put tips on the maps so that we won't forget. I had a double bed, plus a single bed in the room, plus...

My single room was very large, super clean and had a lovely terrace (room 106) Breakfast was filling, staff super nice and helpful. Location can't be beat-my guess is that it could be loud at night with doors open to the outside-bring earplugs if that bothers you

This was a great hotel. Though it was a walk up it had free parking and we walked to the train station in the morning to head to Cinque Terre. They had free breakfast which was great. There was always someone at the front desk You walk across the street and you are at the beach and there was a...

I walked in quite late to this hotel in early October 2015 and couldn't have been more pleased. Spotless rooms, friendly staff, excellent location, and I couldn't hear my neighbors. Even the breakfast was good! If I'm in the area again I'll plan to stay here if I can.

We REALLY liked our choice of town and hotel for our Cinque Terre stay/hike. We had a 5ht floor room/ balcony looking out on the garden. Very quiet. Picturesque. This is a great town with restaurants and a beach with sunsets. One hundred yards from beach. Train station was 10 min walk, one stop/5 min from Cinque Terre. Excellent breakfasts!...

The hotel is less then 3 minutes walk from the beach and about 10 minutes from the train station. The staff is very friendly and were very helpful with suggestions and tips around Levanto and also Cinque Terre. The bedroom has a good size. Ours had mountain view and it was lovely. The shower space it's a bit small but...

Helpful staff. One block from beach and boats to Cinque Terre. Reception area on second level ok. No access by elevator to that floor - impairment to handicapped person. No parking allocation in front of hotel for loading/ unloading luggage. Clean room. Very very small shower.

It was difficult to locate the Hotel Garden and we had a GPS. Ask for directions and what to do with your car while you unload. The people were very nice and we had a nice room on the first floor. Room 106 was our room which was by the front desk and the breakfast area. Please note that there...

Efficient and helpful staff. We booked a room on the 5th floor with a terrace (the "Garden Roof" element should not mislead, you get a simple terrace). The hotel is a few paces from the beach. There are some nice places to eat near-by (and as with everywhere in Italy, if you like pizza you will never starve). Take it...

On arriving at this little hotel nestled in the town of Levanto, you quickly recognise, engage with and feel a part of this very special family spot. Mums, Dads, kids, grandparents and dogs meander through the streets to their favourite beach spot from morning till night, the atmosphere is simply perfect and with virtually no cars allowed in this area...
