When our room at another hotel was given away before we arrived, we had to find another place to stay. This is where the first hotel sent us. It was terrible! One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere. This "hotel" is also an apartment so you have people who live on the upper floors running up...

The hotel is full of amazing Italian charm. The staff is great and rooms clean and comfortable. The artwork alone is worth the stay. While the rooms are small, they provide the wonderful place to rest at night.

We had the last room available in Levanto, apparently! Well, we spent one Night there in rather quaint surroundings with fascinating frescos to look at before falling asleep! Breakfast was very good, and staff was kind, but it will be long before we go there again! The price for the stay was not modest!

I stayed for two nights with friends and we all really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable, decor of the place was beautiful!, breakfast was good and it was fairly clean. Only small complaint is that there isn't enough light in the bathroom, and it's barely there in the shower. Good location too, 5 minutes from...

What a wonderful experience we had recently staying three nights at this adorable hotel. We booked rooms 3 & 4 and enjoyed looking up at the fresco ceilings every night. The staff were wonderful and the breakfasts filling. You can ask for fresh orange juice, capaccino's and eggs any way you like them. They booked lessons for pesto making and...

Wonderful rooms, breakfast, hospitality and outstanding location. Walk to the beach in 7 minutes or to the train station in 10 minutes. Restaurants and markets all around with several within four minutes walk. We can't wait to return. We had to leave early on the final day and would've missed breakfast. Ilaria surprised us with a delicious breakfast bag to...

It was our intention to stay at one of the villages in Cinque Terra but our travel agent suggested we'd enjoy Levanto more & in particular the Hotel Stella Maris. We arrived about 9:30pm on a friday very hot & tired after a days travel & from pulling our luggage from the train station to the hotel. We were welcomed...

This hotel is very charming and has very friendly staff. We stayed in junior suite 5 an absolutely loved it. The rooms are decorated so nicely with antique style furniture and our ceiling has a fresco painted on it. My sisters stayed in standard room 1 which was comfortable, but a lot smaller than our room and the shower flooded...

We enjoyed this very comfortable hotel while hiking the cinque terre. The service here is wonderful. The staff are easy going and very helpful. They speak English very well also. Due to illness, we got up at noon one morning and they saved breakfast for us. The hotel has parking, but we really didn't use the car, because the hotel is...

We had a wonderful three nights at The Hotel Stella Maris which is in a wonderful location in Levanto. It is right in the middle of town, which is exactly what we wanted. When we arrived I was a little surprised that the "lobby" was up a flight a stairs and through the dinning room - I guess just because...
