Worthing
Reviewed 12 October 2016

The hotel is conveniently situated and the accommodation was fine albeit overlooking a very noisy road. The service was very good and friendly and the food perfectly adequate. My only complaint is that we had paid for 10 days half board but on the last morning we didn't get the breakfast we had paid for because we had to leave early....

Stayed here for a week recently. Booked through Fleetway on a full board basis. Met with a smile on reception and shown to room. After reading all feedback asked if a front facing room was available, unfortunately not but they would check the next day. There was a choice of two new front facing rooms next day of which we...

This is a great hotel with a great view over the harbour. The staff were fantastic and did everything to make our stay a great one. It is in a great area with many bars and restaurants near by. Would definitely recommend it

In the middle of a 10 day stay on this gorgeous island. Took us a long time to get here and did not love first room we were allocated although it was very large. Moved to harbour view room with excellent possibilities for people watching. Staff are helpful and smiling and the food is fresh simple and plentiful. Beautiful fish...

Once again the staff go out of their way to help you. This is in a fantastic location and you can ask for more comfort during your stay. Top-notch. The pool at the top of the hotel is just large enough for you to relax and cool off too. It is well located for all the shops and restaurants also...

Stayed in a superior room with a balcony and well worth the extra cost. There is some noise from the Port early morning but closing the shutters on the balcony takes care of that. It is a kind of old fashioned hotel but I had a lovely big room and large bathroom and shower room. Particularly liked the blue tiled...

Like the title says the service here is a bit hit and miss. Check in was quick and we were shown to our room which was overlooking the picturesque port. Previous reviews stated they received a welcome drink we never received one. After travelling since 3am and arriving almost 12 hours later it would have been welcome indeed. We'd booked...

Stayed here for a week recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the food was very good. Our room didn't have a great view, but that didn't bother us. There are rooms at the front of the hotel that have excellent views of the harbour.

This Hotel offers a wonderful stay in Ischia. The staff offer a very high level of excellent customer service. The food is exceptional lots of variety delicious and freshly prepared. The location is perfect for travelling around the island. We were relieved not to have booked a sea view as those who did said it was noisy. Our room was...

I had a Harbour View room and I would recommend the upgrade; although initially it was very noisy as the tourist boats loaded there in the early morning, you can close the shutters and doors at night so you will not be woken too early. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the night manager who was the first...
