We went to Ischia and this hotel for the fist time and we were not disappointed. although it is a 4 star hotel all members of the staff are definitely 5 star. Every one of them were only too pleased to do or get whatever you wanted, The total experience was a joy from start to finish ( which came...

Stayed for 4 nights including New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, when the weather was cold but sunny. Hotel is in a beautiful location on the port, convenient for the ferries to Napoli. Facilities in the hotel are firsts class. The food was very good, and Ischia wines are quite nice. But the service provided by the staff was...

Excellent hotel well situated for harbour, town & beaches. Superb service and food - we were on DBB - don't go full board you'll never survive! There were excellent choices for each course for dinner, including the local Ischitani dishes; for the starters there were so many dishes, often 30+ to choose from. Ditto at breakfast.

Good hotel with an amazing view over the Ischia's main port and a panoramic terrace with warm external pool. Good variety of food for breakfast but terrible juices and a simple spa with thermal water (I didn't used). The staff is very professional and always smiling. Everything is good but the walls are probably too thin because I could hear...

Stayed in middle October, we were on full board with Waiter service for lunch and dinner. Fabulous staff, food very good. We went for a relaxing holiday and the location was perfect. No distance to get to boats for day trips, buses for round the island, beach a 5 minute walk and the Castillo, well worth a visit was only...

Great location, great breakfast (although coffee was rough), great heated outdoor pool and indoor thermal pool. Our superior room was stylish with an ample sized balcony. I would reccomend this hotel and may well go back

The hotel is best described as "down at the heels" from the plastic flowers to the bath towels that should have been discarded long ago. Staff were not particularly willing to help. On a positive note, the location for a first time visitor to the island is excellent, but making the most of. A first time visit requires a forthcoming...

We stayed in Aragona Palace in Mid October 2016 for 1 week on a full board basis in a Superior front facing room with small balcony. Its a very traditional hotel with a boutique feeling. It has a small bar in the restaurant and an adjoining larger bar called Starlett bar. The room and ensuite shower room ( with hairdryer)...

We were thrilled with our two rooms; both with fabulous views of the harbor. The rooms were an easy walk to connecting boats to Naples and a direct trip to Sorrento (once a day near 5pm) Each room was spotless, well appointed and spacious for our two nights. The pool is on an upper floor with a snack bar. Staff...
