We tried this restaurant after reading reviews. It was very busy and there was only one waiter who was doing a great job serving everyone. I'm a vegetarian but it was no problem for the chef and I got an absolutely delicious homemade pasta. The meal was really good and I would thoroughly recommend trying it. The waiter also spoke...

Yes, it is indeed a "humble- historical" trattoria with street tables for guests. What makes Da Ciccio so special, then? The taste of the food. Home made, fresh pasta -the best I have ever tasted. That kind of "best" that made all of us order all fresh pasta and share and pamper ourselves with homemade pasta... I mean visiting Italy...

Very nice restaurant with a terrasse with a view on the castle. We went there two nights in a row and were very well received both times. The owner speaks French very well and was able to guide us through the menu: both the fish and pasta are delicious - we highly recommend to taste the calamari and melanzane pasta!...

Carlos is a great host, ate there twice during our weeks stay on Ischia. The seafood pasta and baked fish was fantastic. It is a fun and lively place, but they are serious about giving you good food. Best to reserve in advance in the season.

I really wanted to mention this place because they had the best fish soup. No bones. And the local wine served was good. I might go back, I have some Limoncello credit! the picture I took early in the morning, just before leaving the island

My fiancé and I stayed in Ischia Ponte/Porto for 3 days and continued to return to this restaurant day after day! Our waiter Carlo (son of Ciccio) was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the food and the island! We loved seeing him everyday! Everything we had was amazing and fresh, from the aperitif to the digestif! They made us feel...

We happened upon this restaurant after touring the Castello Argonese on Ischia. We just wanted a glass of wine, and then the food for the next table arrives, the smell smacks me and we call Carlo over and order what he's having...fried calamari and shrimp. Best decision we could have made; it's exquisite. We meet Ciccio, Carlo's 81 yr old...

We spent 5 days in Ischia Ponte and after trying the Ristorante 'Da Ciccio' on the first night, we had dinner there every night during our holidays. Some reasons for that: - the price/ quality ratio is excellent; - the fish and seafood is fresh and high quality: those were the best mussels that we ever had and evey night...
