What an amazing person Alberto is as he, Donatella, Arnaldoall of the staff made me feel very welcomed taking time to make sure I enjoyed all aspects of Ischia. Many, many thanks again for taking good care of us. Go visit this beautiful island and stay here. Enjoy the spa and just chill. Just Fabulous.
#1 in attentive service! If you are the type with limited time in traveling, then this is the place for you. From the moment we reached out to the owner and concierge extraordinaire Alberto (via WhatsApp with their phone number on the website) till our departure and taxi service all the way back to the train station in Naples, Alberto’s got our back. No worries as he literally took care of EVERYTHING! No scary moments dodging uncertainties like taxi strikes, tours, meals and full spa service (they will arrange it all for you). We also enjoyed very much the spa downstairs complete with pool, hot/cold stone water walkabout treatment and steam room that came FREE when you stay at this hotel. Yes, you do not get a ritzy hotel but a well managed family run ‘terme’ experience that Ischia is known for. The staff were also all so warm and friendly as were the fantastic breakfast spread and yummy home style dinner service. I am still dreaming of the local breakfast cakes! So bravo to Alberto and crew and definitely we will return to your lovely hotel someday.…
From moment we arrived we felt at home—Alberto, Donatello, Arnaldo, & entire crew pampered us with their friendly demeanor. They oozed with excitement for us to be comfortable while sharing the beauty of their island oasis. Activities could be scheduled but also tailored to your interests. Need a drop off/pick up? Yup—They were there or arranged for us. Made me feel confident to explore knowing that I was in ‘good hands’. Thanks for the memories. Same time next year?
This family-owned hotel and spa is dedicated to helping you enjoy your stay on the lovely island of Ischia. Our room was comfortable, impeccably clean, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had one day of rain and spent most of it luxuriating in the spa, complete with therapeutic mud treatments and massages. You may be able to find a more luxurious hotel, but I doubt you will find a better experience. And now for the James Brown Award. The American singer James Brown was known as “the hardest working man in show business.” Your host, Alberto, is the hardest working man in hospitality. He was there everyday from 7am to 11pm helping serve meals, staffing the reception desk, frequently chauffeuring guests, mixing a cocktail, and doing a thousand other tasks, all with the goal of making your stay memorable. You’ll leave feeling like one of the family and wanting to return to Ischia and Villa Sirena.…
We stayed for some nights at Villa Sirena with a group of friends. We enjoyed the food, the view, the amazing spa and the owner Alberto. Alberto organized everything for us to enjoy and discover the island. We will definitely come back.
My husband and I spent the first days of our honeymoon at Villa Sirena. It was the perfect start on our honeymoon. Alberto picked us up at the port when we arrived and gave us first class service during our whole stay. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived with apperol spritz and a delicous lunch. Alborto had a lot of good tips where to go and what to see at Ischia, and we were driven around by Alberto and his colleagues. The hotel was very clean and charming, and the view from the the roof terrace was beautiful. The termal bath was also very nice and relaxing. And the food was very good - real Italian. We have never visted a place with so high level of service. We were taken very good care of during our whole stay. I will definitly go back to Hotel Sirena and Ischia. …
A small traditional hotel with the most helpful staff you could ever wish for . Nothing was too much trouble . Beautiful roof terrace with sea and mountain views with a lovely warm jacuzzi . A buffet breakfast was available but as I don’t eat the traditional sweet cake style Italian breakfasts I had freshly made cheese omelettes or plates of delicious ham and tomato’s each morning with lovely fresh bread . A four course dinner was available at a very reasonable price each evening with the added bonus of being able to decide on a daily basis if you wished to eat in or out so we did both . The Ischian wine was very good too . Villa Sirena was very popular with returning Italian holiday makers and all the guests were very friendly and helpful . Alberto also made sure the transport from Naples airport and return was as easy as possible for us . A lovely first stay and experience of Isola Ishcia - traditional and unspoilt .…
It is like being welcomed in a noisy but warm and friendly family. Alberto and his team is working very hard to provide an amazing holiday for each of their guests. I have not been to a hotel that takes such a good care of their customers. I have found Villa Sirena via tripadvisor, through the positive reviews, which are absolutely true. The hotel is pristine, the food is delicious ( if you are into authentic Italian cuisine ), beds are comfortable, programs available for all tastes. And the Monti family makes sure that each of their guests are back for dinner safe and sound. I can not recommend enough of this hotel. My only advise is for light sleepers to bring earplugs because 80% of the guests are Italian and some of them tend to be noisy. Thank you Hotel Villa Sirena!
We had a most memorable and rejuvenating week at Villa Sirena. Prior to the trip communication with Donatella was prompt, polite and helpful. Alberto and his team were top notch, providing 5 star service in the most friendly, attentive yet professional manner. Our every need was catered for, we didn’t need to ask for anything as Alberto had it covered from airport transfers to detailed suggestions for our trips around the island. The service was provided with genuine kindness and generosity. The whole hotel was immaculately clean and our room, with sea view, was beautifully presented in a typically Italian style with robes and slippers for the pool, spa and sun terrace. We made good use of these areas either by using the thermal spa to set us up for the day or by relaxing on the terrace and dipping into the jacuzzi on our return from exploring the island. The meals were outstanding. Buffet breakfasts were delicious, especially the homemade cakes and pastries. The evening meals were delightful, every course a mini masterpiece, served by Antonio and Mario who were brilliant. Ischia was beautiful; our highlights were Sant Angelo, Negombo Spa gardens and a short trip over to the Island of Procida. We loved our stay at Villa Sirena and we look forward to returning in the not too distant future.…
This is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views, spa and food! The service is excellent and the hotel is beautiful! They pick you up and drop you off at the ferry as well as take you places during the day! The family really takes pride in what they offer!
