Absolutely amazing words can not express how wonderful this hotel and surrounding area is. We went for two weeks and so sad to leave. We were met by Daniella at reception and she was so lovely, helpful and full of information we knew we were in for a great time. Nicoletta took us to our room which was fantastic the... More

We arrived to a room and we said we had asked for superior they told us this was superior...basic but fridge and aircon a god send. Room clean but we found infested with ants...they are the only things that bite me. We were half board and went to the bar for food...they offered bruschetta with tomatoes or mozzarella. Nope. Shops... More

We stayed here in June and everything was wrong. The room we were offered was not as booked months before. Instead of a ground floor room with terrace we were shown to a basement. Hotel staff were unhelpful, no information about the area was displayed and food was mediocre.

The staff made it here very friendly always with a smile. The rooms were clean and simple, cleaned every day. There was no fridge or kettle in the room. There was no wifii in the rooms which is rediculous in thus day and age. One had to pay for safety deposit box and for pool towels which should be free.... More

Stayed here for a week at end of July and loved this hotel. We had a superior room which was a little terraced bungalow with a small sitting area outside the door. Room was big as was the bathroom. Big fridge great for bottles of water or limoncello! Only negative of the room was shower wasn't the best but was... More

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was small, but clean. The bar, pool side and treatment area were good, but the food was disappointing - the same every evening with different sauces which all tasted the same. There also seemed to be zucchini served at every meal - grilled, roasted, fried, boiled. Also the restaurant was in... More

I booked this hotel due to its location in forio, as everything seemed on the doorstep-it was. We stayed here half board sadly only for a week. The hotel itself is what we would call shabby chic, however this wasn't a problem as it was true Italian style, and that is how they roll. Our standard room was quite big,... More

Let's talk about the good points first:The swimming pool is lovely as is the bar area. The majority of staff are extremely helpful, the receptionist though helpful is quite grumpy. The wi-fi situation is unacceptable, no wi- fi in the bedrooms and only 1 hour free wi-fi for the guests per day. They then charge €5.00 per 4 hours for... More

We had one of this smart boxes as a gift that we could stay one night in a hotel-spa, and we had tons of choices. In photos, we found this hotel fascinating and booked it; but to be honest it is a very average hotel without a good view or anything with one very small swimming pool, and the whole... More
