There was a horrible buzzing sound from a board of trip switches in the bedroom. I found it difficult to sleep. Why such a substantial fuse board was placed in the room is beyond my comprehension. I will not stay here again. Ever. Not recommended.

Pros: lovely big rooms, lots of storage space, quiet, generally nice helpful service, and very warm. Has a window that opens! Cons: Several small appliances in the room not working (humidifier in bathroom broken, hair dryer emitted a nasty burning smell and whirring noise, desk lamp had no globe). My husband walked on the carpet barefoot and got black feel...

Although we used a GPS and the hotel is located exactly next to the N7/E20 Naas Road we found the exit from the motorway to the hotel poorly signposted and very easy to miss. Check- in was without fuss. The room was good enough, but nothing special. We preferred our meals in Dublin city centre, so I can't say anything...

We celebrated my mans 60 th here and I can not thank the hotel enough. They went above an beyond what we expected from them. The ballroom is outstanding. I would highly recommend it. Rooms were nice not amazing but clean with very confortable beds. But the rates reflect this, very reasonable priced. Breakfast was fantastic as to was their...

I stayed at the hotel with my football club for a weekend tournament at the end of March and could not speak highly enough of the service we received over the weekend. The front of house staff were extremely friendly, no job was too big for them and the rooms were of an excellent standard as was the housekeeping service....

I stayed at the Louis Fitzgerald for four nights with a friend, from Saturday 14th March to Wednesday 18th. From the airport, we got on a mini bus (there is an area outside with several which regularly go to numerous locations) which took us close to the hotel (5 minute walk) at a cost of around 7€. To get back...

Stayed here with my family (15 of us) on easter sunday..hotel was bit further out from Dublin city centre than originally thought, but we got there in the end. Hotel itself is nice inside had 5 kids with us and it did have a relaxing feel to them being there as there was other kids running about. Rooms itself were...

Lovely hotel and staff, except for the night porter. He was way too rude. I don't know why he is allowed work with the public. He brings the image of the hotel right down. Apart from him, no complaints.
