Soulless hotel, stubborn receptionist charged for parking, very disappointing given that the hotel own the car park, not exactly inviting people back given the pandemic. Won’t be returning at all. So much better value in Dublin.

Needed somewhere to rest my head after a long day. The room was clean and staff were more than friendly. Exactly as I would expect from a hotel. All Covid measures where present and viable with more than enough sanitizing stations scattered throughout.

stayed here with family saturday 5th december....rooms fabulous but that's were it stops....restaurant chaos.....not adhering completely with government guidelines ...menu restricted...no option available if u dont like what's on menu...had to send back soup cold....steak lovely but potatoes and mushrooms again cold....French manager I think bruno obnoxious...dessert arrived while one of the party still eating mains........ 5am in morning loud party in room on our floor....eventually party people were evicted.....breakfast next morning was very nice.....when I was checking out spoke to duty manager who said that restaurant staff previous evening were overwhelmed with the large crowd for dinner!! This surely should have been controlled at check in....he did knock 50.00 euro off 500.00 bill...would not return if I got it for nothing
