We stayed at the Astir of Naxos from September 30th to October 7th. We stayed after the high summer season had passed as we wanted a quiet vacation. The family was very welcoming and we enjoyed every part of our visit. The pool was a beautiful centrepiece for the traditional Cyclades architecture. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was...

We knew before we arrived that the owner, Mikalis, had died late last year and were sad for the family. However his daughters, Evangelia and Stamatoula aided by loyal staff have continued in the family tradition of providing all visitors with a great welcome and superb service, nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed and...

The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. They welcomed us with a cool juice. We stayed only two nights but we wished could stay longer. Our room was clean, spacious and well-appointed with a nice balcony. Bathroom was also clean and whatever time had warm water. The breakfast buffet was served in a well decorated room with usual products,...

From the moment, we stepped our feet in Naxos, we were surprised from island’s beauty. We stayed at Astir hotel five days. We preferred to book room in this hotel because, it is located near to sea-two minutes by foot- and near to center of Naxos –about 10 minutes by foot. Our room was very clean, with air condition and...

We stayed at the Astir with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed it there. It was such a relaxing hotel with a great pool and a lovely casual atmosphere. Our air conditioned room was spacious, if a little dated, but the bed was really comfortable. The room was reasonably quiet and had a good sized balcony. For us the...

First time staying on Naxos for us - and we chose well when it came to accommodation. The Astir of Naxos is a well run, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean hotel. The rooms are very comfortable - good quiet a/c, nice bed and from our superior room we had a nice view over the hills of Naxos. Breakfast is very...

Our family of 4 spent 6 nights at the Astir of Naxos in August 2014. We were welcomed with a wonderful treat, a homemade delicious liquor was a nice surprise. The children were included in this kind welcome as they were given a cold glass of fresh juice. We had a change in plans to our itinerary, and we were...

We loved our five days in Naxos at the Astir of Naxos. We rented a car right from the hotel and drove around the whole island. We loved visiting the town of Filoti and having lunch there, but as far as beaches go we love the beach closest to this hotel! Right at the end of the road is a...
