Beergarden is great (and large), under shady chestnut trees as it should be. Service is rather slow: one or two servers for many, many tables means that it can take pretty long until you are able to catch the server's attention. Beer is self-service (fortunately!) and excellent, e.g. the Zwickel and Maerzen. Food is beergarden-style food, o.k. but not spectacular... More

I was there on business trip. Room is clean and comfortable, maybe it's not beautiful but enough to sleep. Food was typical in german way. Salads taste very well and beer from their own brewery it is delicious. People who work there are very kind and polite. I'll be back:)

On a business trip I stayed here for two nights. Arriving very late the restaurant was closed, but the staff did arrange for a cold platter of meat chess etc so well done. Rooms were well kept clean no fault. The food was excellent value and well presented. The only issue was as next to large church site was the... More

This is a typical 3 star hotel for Europe. However, the history, location and beauty of the surroundings, along with the size and cleanliness of the rooms brings it up a notch. Adorable beer garden with delicious food and beer still produced on location. A short driving distance to Krumbach where you will find a larger variety of restaurants and... More

Got in at past 1am, glad to find the key Tks. Then up to room, large high ceiling roomy. One of the best bathroom lighting arrangements ever, so well done here. Quiet till the next door monastery rang the bells. Breakfast was 4/5, not seen the kids play area before great touch. Price great value. NOT A MULTINATIONAL Corp here... More

Great hotel and location between Legoland, Ulm, Augsburg and Skyline. Large shaded beer garden with excellent beer and food. Breakfasts also good so no downsides to this hotel. Try to get a room on a lower floor as we were there during very hot weather.

Hotel is near Legoland (30+min through beautiful countryside) and great for families. Our clean nice room had 4 separate bad, but no fridge and no air condition. With open windows we're not eaten by mosquitoes. Great garden restaurant but no english menu. Not so special food. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is a short ride from legoland and we stayed there twice while driving through the area. The rooms are large and very clean. The restaurant was very good and the beer garden was very traditional, filled with locals and of course, served great beer made on site - a great way to relax after spending a day at... More

We had "family room" in depandance - comfortable, modern room with large bathroom, where you can dance. There is unfortunatelly no fridge and no air condition, but otherwise it's nice. There is truly stunning garden restaurant, but you have to pay beer immediatelly here. Local beer is nothing amazing, I prefer Franziskaner Weissbier. Not cheap, but good dinner. And great... More
