We had stayed here and had a great time. Chalet was always clean, the food, whilst not Michelin star, was very good and well presented with a good variation to the menu and our chalet hosts were lovely. Our room wasn't huge but perfectly adequate with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. The location was spot on for both...

I visited this chalet with a large group (around 30 of us) 2 weeks ago. It is situated in a great location, about 100mtrs from a green run which goes to a main ski area in Meribel Mottaret, really easy to ski to. The walk down to the town centre is down quite a few sets of steps, walking up...

Just returned from a week in Nathalia 2 . Well situated, delightful chalet hosts, good food and plenty hot water! Rooms vary so ask for advice, room 8 very small. Ours room 3 was perfectly good. Ski room with boot warmers. Set on several floors so lots of exercise.

room 4 is advertised as a small double. You would naively think small 'room' when in fact it is a titchy tiny bed- possibly a stretched single. I slept on the floor for 2 nights as it was impossible to turn over without waking your (attached) mate and bashing the paper thin wall. I am trying to overcome tennis elbow...

We stayed in room 8 at Chalet Natalia II during February half term. Our chalet hosts Emma and Sami were fab - food was really nicely prepared (despite the small size kitchen that Emma and Sami had to work in), they were really keen and enthusiastic, full of local knowledge, and really good company throughout the week. Emma and Sami...

We have just returned from a very pleasant stay at Natalia 2 Chalet during the Feb half term holiday. The chalet hosts Emma and Sami were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Their cooking was excellent and they were extremely well organised considering the size of the kitchen and the large number of guests. We loved their imaginative little...

Overall an excellent stay in this accommodation. We agree with the size of the boot room but the other negative comments are unjust. The food was excellent, always fresh and hot and plenty of it. The towels were clean as was the whole accommodation. The hosts Sami and Emma were extremely helpful and were happy to recommend slopes, bars and...

We have had about 10 chalet holidays over the last 12/15 years, 6 or 7 of which have been with Skiworld, we have always had a good experience in the past, however last weeks experience leaves me very concerned that Skiworld have taken their eye off the ball... Some real food basics that were missed, overcooked, cold veg, overcooked gratin,...

First the positives... Like most of Mottaret chalets, Natalia is 20m from the slopes so it definitely qualifies well for ski-in / ski-out. The staff are positive, enthustiastic and good fun. And most importantly, there is tons of hot water. But... The building is poorly designed, poorly maintained, some of the rooms are unacceptably small for two people (most notably...

“Don't accept room 7 and 8 as they really form part of the common lounge / diner / kitchen area. Room 8 is too small for a couple and the second bed is pushed right up against the cupboard to get it in. Room 4 is also 'compact'.”
