We booked to stay here during our trip to the Grand Prix. The hotel is in the bustling centre of the town with all the restaurants and shops on the doorstep. We stayed in the newer hotel, just around the corner from the original one. Very modern, minimalist style with comfy beds and a fantastic shower/bathroom. Water and chocolates were...

Unfortunately the lady and man team do not understand hospitality. From the moment you enter you feel like you are intruding and interrupting their busy schedule. Try smiling at you customers. Booked a garden view room and after some discussion the chef was asked to take down the road to a new and unfinished hotel which was nice but completely...

Location: In the bustling part of the village. Type: Hotel/restaurant. Hotel state: I believe some parts were just renovated, but I suspect not our room, judging from the loose paint in the bathroom and the loose shower holder. On the other hand, it was a powerful and hot shower. Hygiene: very clean, and that is what counts really! Beds: too...

The pictures online must be from very long time ago. Inside the room, it's very dusty and old. Maybe because it's a hotel allows bring dogs, they are lazy to clean the rooms. If you easily have allergies, should not book this one. Good thing is the bathroom is brand new and bed sheets are clean. Sound isolation is poor...

Positives: Central position, superior room was spacious, quiet, warm and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, definitely improved when there were more guests. Negatives: Towels and bedlinen were very worn, but this could be because the owners are launching another project (more later). Throughout the hotel, it feels like it needs an army of cleaners to freshen it up....

We were sent to this hotel by the lady in the local Tourist Information Bureau. We specifically requested two rooms, one of which with twin beds, and were given the name of that hotel. When we arrived there, the proprietor was extremely rude and impatient, claiming that she was very busy and had no time for us. When we requested...

Our first choice for a hotel in Durbuy was fully booked, so was our second choice! We finally got in touch with this hotel and had a friendly phone contact. The hotel is right in the middle of busy Durbuy and close to all the famous restaurants. The lady who looked after us upon arrival was very friendly and helpful...

A pleasant hotel in a nice location. Service was very laid back and finding someone at the reception was a challenge! The rooms were simple, clean and comfortable but lacked any ambience or style. The beds were soft and as a result uncomfortable which does, in my opinion, make a difference. The breakfast was good with ample choice and variety....

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here, Durbuy is well worth a visit, and this hotel was fine, no problems with it at all, and excellent value. Right in centre of Durbuy, so handy for restaurants and bars, and if you like hiking this looks good too. Nice little run to Spa for the GrandPrix as well.
