Unfortunately I was a victim of crime during my stay at this hotel. My passport was stolen from my locked room. This is obviously a distressing incident to go through while on holiday. The hotel were incredibly unhelpful throughout my ordeal. They refused to call the police for me and grudgingly produced a map so I could walk to the... More

Initially we chose this hotel mostly because of availability of sauna and SPA center which is meaningful for us in ski vacation. However we discovered comfortable hotel in old style with excellent service and tasty food. The staff is professional and helpful. The rooms are big with two showers and two restrooms and there is everything that is needed for... More

Probably things changed recently but our stay at Elisabethpark was perfect. We are a family with a grown up boy and booked a large room. It was really large one with a good view on the town and into the valley. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with a view as well. The halls, restaurants, bars -... More

The hotel provides nice rooms which are quite big with comfortable beds. The hotel has a really nice spa with four different types of sauna and a good sized pool. The hotel is located in the middle of town and its a steep 10 min walk to the lifts however the hotel provide a free shuttle that runs every 10... More

The hotel is located next to waterfall, with a nice view to mountains. There are large rooms with balcony. Breakfast is excellent, and included pickled cucumbers and sparkling wine ;) Staff is really friendly, and I would recommend this hotel for everyone! There is free wifi in the rooms, and free shuttle bus to the train station!

Our stay at Elisabethpark was incredibly disappointing. When we arrived our bathroom stank of sewers, when we turned on the warm water we saw that the water was brown!! We immediately addressed that issue at the reception, but were sent away with the casual tip to let the water run a couple of minutes in case the pipes were rusty... More

wouldn't like to sound harsh but it's obviousn that money can not buy personal culture. Sauna experience is better to avoid due to a loud crowd of young milliarders from the east beeing loud.... Next thing is frendness of the staff that is bellow any resonable explanation for this rang of the hotel. They will not touch your skis to... More

Loved our big and bright room with an extra room for storage. Also loved their good breakfast with a wonderful view to the mountains. Good service and friendly staff. At least 5 various saunas to choose from and a nice and clean pool. Ok fitness center and free wi-fi in the lobby area/smoking room. We always went to dinner at... More

The hotel is a traditional hotel with large rooms, amazing views into the valley but unfortunately no internet access. The staff wearing beautiful traditional dress is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant in the first floor has a large glass front with a very nice view. Shops and the casino are in walking distance and most of all... More

Great hotel, right in the center of Bad Gastein. The rooms are very large and they look very well as the hotel has just been renovated. Friendly personnel. The food was excellent. The pool was very clean and we loved to spend time there.
