From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed by the owners, the room we had was quiet, air conditioned and we had good wifi as well... Hard to beat for the price we paid. The breakfast is quite good, the location is perfect and if you have a car as we do, there's a parking a block... More

I have stayed at Hospedaje Valeria many times over the past five years so many I lost count. Valeria takes care of her guest like a mother and protects them like a father. The safest place to stay in Granada.

Valeria, the Hostess was a great help in finding tours, and good places to shop and visit. For those of us with little command of Spanish, she knew Pharmacias with English speaking help. She also could set up our tours, and went with as a guide on the Islet Tour. Will always return here when I come to Granada. And... More

I had the pleasure of staying here while traveling through Nicaragua. Valeria is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! I felt right at home from the second I walked in the lobby. My room was clean, the AC was cold, the water was Hot and the TV worked. The Hotel is quiet and safe. It is only... More

1/2 block from the bars and restaurants of city center without any of the noise. Owners and staff very attentive. Hot water was good, TV worked great, A/C (very important in Granada) worked great. I had a problem with the shower head. It squirted water over the shower door and got the entire bathroom floor wet. Went out to walk... More

It is hard to believe that this quiet small boutique hotel is just 1/2 block from the busy central tourist corridor (Calle Calzade) and three blocks from the Parque Centrale, the heart of the city. Location, location, location ... I share the other reviewers' appreciation of the owners, Valeria and Franco. Both were wonderful hosts, generous with their time and... More

Valeria, the owner, is fabulous. She's just tops. She is the reason we came back to Valeria's on our return swing through Granada. The accommodations are great by Nicaraguan standards! Clean, hot water, comfortable. What more can you ask for? We stayed here twice - the first time we were downstairs, which was a bit noisy in the morning but... More

Definitely have to stay here just for Valeria! A great way to get to know a wonderful local, and locals. Super hospitable! This is a cute little place, right off the main drag but safe and quiet. Close to tour companies, and the main city sights.
