We spent there 2 night the hotel is great, clean, good internet access, the food is excellent as well, the day we arrived we had couple of problems and they fixed it almost immediately they have a good attitude and excellent customer service... As they say in Nicaragua "al 150!!"

We had a very comfortable room on the 2nd floor #212- large, quiet and clean. Comfortable bed and sofa. Convenient for our day at the Alhambra - bus or taxi to the town center. Lovely views, birds and being out in nature.

We stayed at this hotel just for a night but there is not doubt it was the worse thing we could do. Rooms are totally uncomfortable and there is not even space to move inside. The bathroom is absolutely ugly. No enough water to take a shower. No hot water and no enough soap and shampoo. Beds are so uncomfortable...

Never Again. Wow I have never been so disgusted at any hotel in my life. 50$ a night, and I woke up every 30 minutes or so to treat my newest bites from the infested room. Spray off all over my body in an attempt to finish this nightmare of a night. Then in the mourning I can see these...

Stayed here with a tour. Located on a main promenade street with many restaurants. Breakfast basic. Room was tiny with 2 beds and no room for bags. Thanks for AC, you need in Granada. Linen old and bed covers dirty. Tiny bathroom that need better lighting.

Stayed here as part of a group. Despite being in a central location it was quiet and comfortable with aircon and hot water in the en suite shower. The free breakfast was typical Nicaragua with eggs, rice and beans. Excellent laundry service around the corner.

We had a complicated situation with not being able to find our other hotel. So, in the rain we were scrambling to find something else. The man at the front desk of Hotel America was friendly and helpful plus the price was right. While we did have air conditioning, the room itself was filthy. There were cobwebs on the ceiling...

We had booked at another hotel but when we got there the price had somehow managed to change so we decided to walk around a bit and found this place. It is right on the main street in a good location and the people at the front were really friendly and went out of their way to help us out....

Arrived here after horror of another hotel close by. For a few more USD you got aircon, clean rooms, clean sheets, comfy beds, and a peaceful quiet oasis a doorstep away from the delightful craziness of the street outside. Best of Both worlds! Friendly service, gorgeous garden courtyard, lovely breezeway. Secure.
