The owners have left nothing out of the details, with a cool, comfortable Art Deco vibe that's perfect for couples or families! What's even better is that it's located at the end of a quiet street that's only two blocks from the heart of the city. The room we had was perfect for our family of four (kids 12/10) with...

We checked out several hotels on Granada and are glad we finally ended up here. The design is super chic here, the beds are super comfy, and the staff and owners are very welcoming and know a lot about Nicaragua. We spent a lot of time just hanging around the property and it was nicw to have a place that...

We wandered into this gem of a hotel for 3 nights in Grenada and we were OVERWHELMED with our luck. What a find! I could wander the grounds marvelling at the decor (and wishing I had such great style). It is in a quiet corner of Granada, but steps from the central square and amazing restaurants. The owners are amazing,...

I stayed at this hotel with my mom and two children and loved it! It is close to the center of town but far enough away from the noise that we could relax in the lobby and sleep well at night! I wish we had more time to spend at the hotel itself as it was so inviting and decorated...

From the moment we arrived we had an amazing time at La Islita. Tim and Andres made us feel like we were in their home. The place is gorgeous, beautifully appointed, and full of character. Their staff is wonderful - Virginia makes the best breakfasts and the fresh dragonfruit juice is a TREAT! And the coffee!!! Oh, the coffee! We...

I always come back to La Islita everytime I want to stay overnight in Granada. Its location is perfect, close to La Calzada and the lake. The staff is wonderful, delicious pancake breakfast, cozzy rooms and a selection of books that you can borrow and read. Love it !!!!!

This was truly a wonderful and charming place. The room was big and fit four of us comfortably with really high ceilings and excellent A/C. It was also very clean and the owners and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The dipping pool was a welcome addition to Granada's hot summer days. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Always...

La Islita Boutique Hotel is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Granada. It isn't posh by American standards, but then you're not in the US. This hotel is quaint, charming, peaceful. It is walking distance to the square and central areas, but out of the way of the night partiers. We spent 5 nights here, 3 nights would've been...

By far the best accommodation we stayed in during our 3 week tour of Costa Rica and Nicaragua. The hotel is located in a quiet street just a few minutes from the cathedral. It's traditional colonial in architecture and decor with its rooms built around a central courtyard which houses the breakfast area and small dip pool. So much effort...

Wonderful receptionist Arnold. Very helpful and provided lots of good information. Indoor pool is small and could use some plants or shades to separate it or hide it from the receptionist's area, but whatever. Room was good with a balcony looking over cute street. Street parking when the owner's car was inside in their garage space. Granada is cute, if...
