We spent one week in February 2013. It is certainly the best place to stay in Koh Chang if you like nature, peaceful and quiet place, and simple and tasty facilities. If you dream of a quiet, rustic and natural get-a-way but want to avoid the low-scale tackiness so prevalent on the island, The Mangrove is the place for you. If you are seeking quietness and relaxation "The Mangrove" is definitely among the best low budget choices on Koh Chang. We enjoyed this place very much, a very tasty breafast. The staff is very helpful and open. The place was very quite and we most of the time were the only guests, which we liked very much. The rooms don't have aircone and hot water, which makes it super natural getaway. The sea is right there! Special thanks to Christine...
