Thankfully only booked here for 2 nights then moved to white sands beach. Upon arrival we went to the desk and struggled to check in with the language barrier. The girl flung the keys at us and pointed to our room which was right next to the pool. We went to our "superior" room which was left open letting many...

White House bailan resort wasn't what we expected. It is not worth the money! The place is outdated, dirty and staff is lazy and unhelpful (especially receptionist). Staff speaks poor english. The room were dirty and not cleaned. Cealing was full of worms. Staff did not take our complaints seriusly (they were laughing). They ended up cleaning our rooms once...

White House Bailan Resort is on what is euphemistically called Bailan Beach, towards the southern end of the west coast of Koh Chang.. But the beach is nothing more than rocks starting right at the boundary of the resort. But to make up for it, White House Bailan Resort does have a good swimming pool, with nice deck chairs and...

I stayed one night at the White House Bailan Resort. The room was okay, equipped with air conditioning but the bathroom was smelly (humidity). There is also a pool but I didn't have time to dive in. English is very limited, almost non-existent.

We had a lovely stay at the While House Bailan resort. The manager is very helpful and interested in her guests. The guesthouse is a little bit old, but very serene and quiet. The pool is clean and kids love to play in it. There is only a very small sandy beach but you can use all the beaches on...

Stayed for a weekend break last year with my girlfriend. The lady who ran the establishment was always very helpful This Island is good for a short stay. Bur the roads are not the best with steep hills and bad bends.

I can't praise the staff at this hotel enough. Thim the manager or owner, not sure, was an absolute gem. I had a medical emergency and she sent one of her staff with me to the local clinic at the Bang Bao jetty (so I would find it and get there quickly), looked after me the next morning and all...

Such a shame this place, it really is in a lovely location. Bailan bay is beautiful and the resort is right on the beach next to the deluxe resort 'Mercure'. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and attentive and really made our stay pleasant. The place itself however is in terminal decline. They seem not to notice the...

We're staying here for the last 3 nights of our trip and its a real dampener on spirits... Bad: Major ant infestation of most/all rooms. If you want to use the toilet you've got to hose away ants from it. Within an hour they're all over it again. Reviews dating back to early 2014 suggest this problem is now a...
