Had a nice stay here. The people who are running the place were very friendly, attentative and helpful. If you need to stop en route between Meknes/Fez and the south, this is where you want to stay. Only small drawbacks: Allthough everything is nice and clean, it is also getting old and I didn't like the music that was on...

Nice enough room, typical hard sleep Moroccan bed, tv OK and so on. The palce is well decorated, perhaps just a bit too much. Plasma screen TV set to the BBC as you hang out around the dinning area kinda spoils it though. Breakfast is a typical bread and egg affair, no meat. Big problem is the location. Google earth...

We stayed in Midelt to break up our journey from Merzouga to Fez. As we booked the hotel online at the last minute, we lacked directions to it. But the proprietor has posted what seems like dozens of signs all over town. Following those, it was easy to find. Once found, the villa offered clean and comfortable accommodations, good food,...

We arrived with a broken boot on our hire car, the owner and one of his employers help to fix it then took us to get our flat tyre sorted, fantastically helpful. The Riad is spacious, clean, comfortable, friendly and serves excellent food. A great place to break your journey we stopped just overnight although I'm certain that we missed...

The only reason to stop in Midelt is if you don't want to make the very long haul from Merzouga to Fez in one day. There are not a lot of choices, which is why so many people just keep driving. The location is not appealing, and the place is quite dated, but overall, we were pleased. The owners and...

We had a very spacious room and bathroom at the Riad Villa Midelt en route from Merzouga to Fez. The reverse cycle air conditioning kept our room warm and there was plenty of hot water for our shower, though not much water pressure. Dinner at the Riad is very traditional including starters (salads), mains and fruit for dessert. It was...

It was just a one stop in our route from Fes to Merzouga but I am very happy for the choice I've made. the place might not show too much from outside but the inside and the whole experience was great. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, we had a gorgeous dinner and even a bottle of good moroccan...

Riad Villa Midelt is fine for a one night stopover between Fes and Merzouga. Both the riad decor and dress of staff are over the top, but the rooms are clean and reasonably warm. Food is ample, wine is available and the all female staff are very pleasant. Location is on the outskirts of Midelt but no matter as there...

stayed here for one night with my partner. We had booked the room in advance and had a warm welcome by the friendly hostess. Our room (Fartima) was attentively finished with fresh rose petals and the bed was comfortable. There was electric heating in the room and a nice fireplace in the communal area for cold winter evenings in the...

We stayed for one night. The location is great for an overnight stop between Merzouga and Fes. The Riad is not difficult to find - the are many signs along Midelt's main road showing the direction to the riad. We walked into the centre of town, which is about a 15 minute walk. The staff are extremely welcoming. When we...
