At first the room wasn't good had a lot of ants but they were very helpful and switched us out very fast I wasn't happy when I arrived and saw the conditions of the room but again I think they shoulda gave us a free upgrade for the inconvenience or took something off for this but overall afterwards was fine!!!!

My wife went and stayed at Massanutten Resort. We went at the end of October to see the fall colors. We drove to Shenandoah National Park, we went antique hunting in several of the nearby towns. There are caves to explore and they even provide bus tours to Washington DC once or twice during the week. The restaurants at the...

This was a lovely spot with beautiful scenery and deer wandering around. The room was great and the facilities good. The only drawback was that you had to drive everywhere which made going to the bar for a few drinks a no no. However, it was picturesque and the mountain air was heady.

Staff at check in and concierge were excellent especially Brittany! Room was adequate. Twin beds were only made for children I'm afraid. I did unplug the phones as someone else suggested and we did not have any early welcome calls. The zip line was fun but the chairlift was out of commission the day we planned to go to the...

This was our second trip to Massanutten this year, and we enjoyed it very much. The condo looks like it was freshly painted, and had new flooring, and the furniture was comfy. Our only complaint was the cleaning crew that showed up one morning for the condo below us, and were quite noisy. We also contacted the resort in advance...

The unit also had a fire place and a big whirlpool tub.It was fully furnished . It even had a blender , which had I known I would...

Fourth year, same time (Fall-changing of the Autumn colours) at this 4 Season (children go wild with the offerings) resort. Setting is a picture of tranquility, unforgettable colours, wild deer (not so wild !) ambling across the roadways, the serenity and the wind in the trees! There is so much more to enjoy: no room here to explain all the...

We were lucky enough to get a 4 bedroom end unit (191UL). There were other people in our section, but we had the individual building to ourselves. The view from the Summit was absolutely beautiful. The mountainous scenery mixed with the start of fall made for a picturesque feel. The friendly deer and beavers were an added bonus. There were...
