The family went to this resort for summer vacation. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the resort amenities. Being a timeshare resort, you never know. However, there was plenty to do for the week. There is a Waterpark, two nice golf courses, an adventure park for the kids (rock wall, mini obstacle course, etc.), putt putt golf, a...

Went with friend just to check in her guests so in fairness my review is limited. We were in a 2 bedroom townhouse unit. It could easily sleep 6 + 2 more if they bunked out on the floor. Home away from home feel so no real Vaca for parents with small children. Plenty of things to do but nothing...

We have owned (we thought...,see later) a timeshare at Massanutten for years and traded via RCI for years until this year. This year we decided to use a week and bring our granddaughter since the resort seems very family oriented; it is. Our unit is beautiful, the activities and facilities are first class; not Disney Resort class but close. The...

We stayed at eagle trace at Kelley court. A nice 2 bedroom 2 bath unit we were on the top floor which was nice because there was no one above us and there was a bridge to the parking lot so no stairs. The room was large and comfortable we had 6 in our party so one on the sofa...

This was my second stay at this wonderful resort. My first stay was years ago. I was amazed at all the things there were to do. The added water park was great for my 9 year old and for me also (grandma). We loved it. The accommodations were nice and I was impressed with how well kept and clean the...

My husband filled out a "raffle" for a 3 day 2 night vacation at Massanutten Resort. We knew what we were getting into with having to sit through a 90 minute presentation. We like to look at things as adventures so we ended up having a nice time. Juan, the time share salesman assigned to us, could not have been...

The Resort area is beautiful! The golf course is gorgeous. We only booked one night, thank God! We were put in one of the "Hotels". This was a nightmare from beginning to end. When we got to the Hotel, there was drilling from inside the room. This should have been our first clue! Apparently the "slide lock" had been yanked...

First and foremost let me say we used a timeshare exchange to stay here and it was pretty much what we expected. Check in was an absolute madhouse and completely unorganized. Of course they try to get you to come to the "feedback" breakfast which is another name for "tour". Don't be fooled by this. However you must be firm...

Like everything else there were pros and con's. We got our condo at Woodstone for a week for a wedding present, and were pleased overall with our experience. I loved that we had a newer room, but we had no view. We had noisy neighbors, but our baby wasn't always quiet so we didn't mind. I would definitely return to...

We made a trip to Elkton, Virginia to visit family. My SIL is an owner in the timeshare at Massanutten. We had stayed in her condo previously and it was beautiful. When she offered to reserve a room for our visit in the "hotel" portion, we agreed to give it a try, The "discounted" owners rate was $100. We were...
