Laurie, I am so happy to learn how much our Stay Well Room helped make your stay perfect. It is wonderful to hear the air purifier helped with your allergies and that you slept so soundly. We do appreciate your feedback on the room features such as the lighting as we are always looking for ways to be even better. Also, I will alert maintenance of the sink to get that taken care of for next time, but I am glad you enjoyed the shower filter. I would like to start by saying I am thrilled you received such a warm personal welcome upon arrival. However, I do regret your experience in the MLounge wasn't what you expected. We can understand your frustration and will work to ensure we are fully stocked. As you mentioned, our Innsbrook restaurant has received excellent reviews as well as being the winner of the People’s Choice. It certainly sounds like there were some struggles encountered that night, and for that, I sincerely apologize. Your frustration is understandable, though we do our best to accommodate guests for their inconvenience. I think the Club Lounge is for Marriott platinum members. We are so enjoyed it very much. Open most hours for soft drinks, coffee, and a few snacks and the breakfast was very nice. REAL scrambled eggs, fruit, sausage, breads. There is a lounge area with big comfy chairs if you just want a quiet place to lounge or read.

The pool area was painted and "refreshed" - acccording to my husband, who used the pool. He said that it was very pleasant, and the temperature was much better(warmer) than before the renovation.

I saw no indication that it had actually started, but there is clear evidence (from a display on teh lobby wall) that it will be and i think soon. The planning pics suggest that the upgrade will be quite impressive. I would call and ask, I am sure they'd be happy to let you know contruction dates.
