Stopped here overnight on our way north. It's right off I-95 at the King's Dominion exit. It's right across the street from KD and the railroad runs immediately behind the hotel.
This is the center of 3 large hotels on this side street.
Rooms were nicely furnished and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good sized room. Free breakfast with a good variety of items to choose from. Pool and fitness center was a nice to have available. Overall stay was enjoyable and would return.

I also did not go to Kings Dominion. There is a shuttle but if you are trying to stay fit, this location is walkable to the amusement park. Not sure how many steps it would actually take, but a quick look on the Internet shows it is 0.8 miles. Kings Dominion offers hand stamps for re-entry. This would allow a family with younger people to take a break at the hotel during a visit.
