When there is a choice between Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn, we will always choose the Garden Inn. We will even travel extra distance to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Bristol management must be doing something right because their staff provided exceptional customer service. Lauren checked us in and she was friendly and a pleasure to talk to. She was an example of what exceptional customer service is. What a surprise to see her when we went to check out (different shift). A friendly face as we departed. I didn’t get the names of the restaurant staff that provided our breakfast service, but they were both great examples of providing great service. Breakfast wasn’t the normal buffet style due to COVID, so they had to hustle in serving everyone. They were both quick and made sure we were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this hotel.…
The hotel is clean and the room just okay. Customer service isn’t friendly or welcoming. The WiFi didn’t work, you can hear all of the traffic on the highway inside your room, no breakfast is available, and overall a huge disappointment. Glad it’s only one night as I’ll never return here again.
First time for me to stay here, we normally stay at Hamptons but we decided to give this place a try. I can’t really say they are much different then a Hampton Inn other then they have a restaurant in the building for meals which we didn’t try. Gave it a try and think I’ll stick with going to the Hampton Inns.
Yeah...we were doing an out of town for a brief business visit....and chose this place because of some recent positive experiences. We were not disappointed. First, I want to say the place was incredibly clean. And we were equally impressed with the COVID-19 approach...very very clean. We had asked for a room that was quiet and got it until a late booking showed up with two crying kids. We've been there so asked the desk manager if he would put us in a quiet place....~ we were transferred within 20 minutes. The evening meal of fish and chips was awesome with staff smiling all over themselves on Holloween night. Breakfast the next morning was good to. Social distancing at all times. This place is about 6 years old and wasn't there the last time we were in Bristol. They have a CrackerBarrel right next door so whatever you want is a phone call and a short walk....~ we'll be back. Thanks to all for a great stay!!!!…
The wife and I stopped in here twice in October. We very much enjoyed both stays. Clean rooms, and public areas. Staff was professional and pleasant. Breakfast both mornings was good. we would have no reservations about staying here again.
