Reserved a double room and given a single queen room instead. Room very small and cramped. Opened drawers to put stuff away and live roaches in both drawers. Sheets and towels were stained but just hope they were clean. Refrigerator would not stay plugged into outlet;cord stretched to tight. It was bearable, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Stay some place more comfortable& clean.

These rooms are gross. Filthy dirty stained upholstery on the chairs. Stains on the bed covers. Top it off with cockroaches under the refrigerator. They had non smoking rooms open and available but would not rent them in case someone came in that wanted non smoking. We rented three rooms for some races and all three were really bad. Lamp shades stained and yellow from smoke. Shower curtain was pink at the bottom from growth of who knows what.

Whoever ownes this place should be ashamed of themselvs! " unassuming " does not describe it although I can think of a few words that do. It has been run into the ground and should be removed from every travel website. Please take my advice spend the extra $$ and stay anywhere else! Someone please call the health department the cockroaches could not wait to get into my luggage to find a clean place to stay!

Stayed here for two nights and thought it was fine for our needs. If you just need an inexpensive place to put your head down for a night or two this will work. It is a short ride to all the Bristol downtown area. Also be aware that there is not daily maid service.

My husband and I stayed here for the Bristol race, the room was very clean, comfy bed and quiet. The staff was great also! It's an older hotel but well worth the value. The hotel is centrally located, easy on and off the interstate.
