My husband and I were driving cross country and this was one of our stops. Had room to park a trailer, pet friendly, and gave us a packet of restaurants and things close by to do. Overall clean and would stop there again.

I made a last minute reservation here with my family and two pets. When we walked in it was very glam with a huge lobby and restaurant. I suppose being a conf center it should be nice. They welcomed our pets ($25 per pet per night). I would liked to have explored more but time got away. Very friendly staff....

The walking distance from the parking lot to the entrance was quite lengthy, posing a challenging walk from the car for my invalid sister-in-law who had neglected to bring along her wheelchair. Once inside, I inquired of the Desk Clerk the availability of one and he pointed me to an alcove off the Lobby where they were stored. Check-in was...

Have stayed here 3 years ago and returned again due to the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in. They also have a sofa, keurig coffee maker, frig in the room, but it is the beds that make me return. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only down side was that the bathrooms need an upgrade.....

Let me start by saying I have been brand loyal to IHG family for over 10 years. If given a choice I will always stay in the Holiday Inn Family. With that said, this Holiday Inn is the least representative of the IHG Family. I remember the carpet from 1999 business trips. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Insufficient...

My friends and I stayed at this hotel on the way to TN. Very nice, clean and friendly hotel next to the highway and in a convenient location. Close to great restaurants and gas stations. However, we can hear road noise in the rooms. The breakfast and service was good. Good ambiance with ample parking. Would recommend this.

Thank you for the review. It is pleasing to hear you found everything clean and comfortable. I understand your sentiments about the interstate being so close to the hotel. It is convenient and yet inconvenient. We do hope you will stay with us again in the future, we can try to get you in a room away from the highway.

Our room was at the end of the hotel wing closest to the freeway, and it was one floor below the very top floor. It was very noisy at night. Both of us used ear plugs but we still had a hard time sleeping. The front desk lady was apologetic about it. She said all the rooms pretty much had...

We stayed one night here with our new puppy. Very nice clean, nicely decorated hotel. Room was very comfortable with plenty of amenities. We had breakfast delivered to the room and it was perfectly prepared. Generous fruit serving, well prepared eggs. Overall a great value.

Nice place to stop on a road trip to Texas for the holidays. Friendly check-in, very nice, clean room, comfortable bed, coffee maker. Easy to find off the highway. We did have a fridge in our room. No breakfast was included. Saw several dogs taken out for a walk in the morning, but never heard any barking.

Being a Bristol native and still having relatives in the area, this is our hotel of choice. It is located in a good central area to downtown Bristol and to Abingdon.
