My wife and I stayed for 2 nights while vacationing in New England. Greg met us when we arrived and gave us a nice tour of the lodge and facilities. You are welcome to use the kitchen there is a hot tub downstairs, a couple common areas with TV, piano, etc. The lodge is just outside Waterbury but seems isolated... More

Spent a lovely fall weekend at Moose Meadow Lodge and we stayed in their incredible treehouse set back in the woods from the main building. The treehouse stay was a surprise for my wife who has always wanted to have one or at least stay in one. She was both surprised and amazed at how beautiful it was. It had... More

This B & B is truly fabulous. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the hosts (Willie and Greg) are knowledgeable about the area and willing to make suggestions for a day of sight seeing. Breakfast was a treat every morning (frittata, French toast, Willie's version of biscuits and gravy + juice, fruits, potatoes). The decor was beautiful.

We just spent two nights at Moose Meadow Lodge. It was wonderful. The home/lodge is great. It is warm, cozy, inviting, and immaculately clean. Greg and Willie are wonderful hosts. When we arrived, Greg met us and made us feel right at home instantly. He was so helpful in directing us to wonderful places, even creating a map with stops... More

Only regret is only spending one night here. Greg and Willi are wonderful hosts and their place is obviously their passion. The property is quiet with lovely views of the mountains. Convenient to many areas within 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Thanks to Trip Advisor for helping us to discover this treasure. Our planned visit proved too early for fall leaf colors, but the warmth and charm of this property made us glad to be there, all the same. Greg and Willi are the greatest of hosts, making us feel instantly not just at home, but like members of the family.... More

We wanted to be married in the mountains and the Moose Meadow Lodge was the perfect choice. It is set in a beautiful location and offers luxurious accommodations. The fact that Greg is a Justice of the Peace and they offered a wedding package made it an easy choice. Greg and Willie took care of everything and we instantly felt... More

My wife and I just celebrated our 7th anniversary. There was no other place we'd rather be; after all Greg performed our ceremony. From the moment we drove up to the property we were greeted as though we were returning home. Willie greeted us with a hug and a glass of honey ice tea. The grounds are amazing. If you... More

Unfortunately our stay at the Lodge was disappointing. We came on a day when the owners were preparing for a concert out on the deck. We did not feel our staying at the lodge was a priority for them. Our room, the Mountain View Room was small with no place to put our clothing, except the floor. The closet did... More
