We visited when it was called seasons resort at sugarbush. I certainly hope the new owners completely refurbish the whole building as when we visited at the end of Sept 15 the room was filthy, dirty carpets, stains all over mesh on both doors to balcony main door to balcony didn't lock and a piece of metal was used to... The Seasons in Warren, VT was such a disappointment we cut our visit to the Mad River area short by a day and a half. No access for older, less mobile guests and no assistance with bags. Room temp on arrival was at least 85 degrees. The thermostat, which was at least 50 years old, did not work. When we... More

Calling this a resort is a stretch. It is one building that has a couple dozen rooms at best. On the upside the staff is very friendly and the hotel does have a pool out back and a nice view out from the decks. However, for each positive they had it seemed like they had a negative to accompany the... More

Having read some of the earlier reviews, I expected a rather outdated "resort," with basic amenities. I'm happy to report that super friendly manager Michael Martinez and family have been very busy updating almost every aspect of this lovely place. It is clean, it's comfortable, and it is quiet. Situated on scenic Rte. 100, between the towns of Warren and... More

Well located, very clean, and reasonably priced. A lot of hiking trails, waterfalls, quaint Vermont towns, and attractions (Ben & Jerry's flagship facility, ski areas, wineries, etc.)...We had a wonderful, relaxing week!

What's better than that? Spent a few days fishing and visiting some local breweries, and distilleries. Fishing is available directly behind the resort but checking with a local guide will provide more information. The resort is well situated, especially if you intend to ski Sugarbush and Mad River. Parts of the property could use updating but it is excellent overall.... More

I stayed here to get an experience of the mountain area nearby and found the area breathtaking. The resort is in a good location and close to small, charming towns. Not far from Ben & Jerry Factory. The accommodations were adequate and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and even helped me bring in my bags. Phone service is iffy... More

This was a timeshare trade for us. We accepted this trade about 24 months prior to our check-in date for a 2-BR unit. Upon arrival, the guest knew nothing about our arrival, and after a phone call, we were offered a 1 BR unit because all 2-BR units were being renovated, as well as most other units. We were given... I did a timeshare swap to come up and do some snowboarding and visit with my grandson who is in school over in Burlington. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I met a few very nice people who were also staying there. The snowboarding was a little tough (Winter of 2015-2016), but I had a very nice visit... More

My husband and I stayed here for four days during an October 2015 trip. The location is very good, on Route 100 between the small, charming villages of Warren and Waitsfield and close to Sugarbush and Mad Valley ski resorts; approximately 45 minutes to Middlebury and Stowe and an hour plus to Burlington. The condo itself was clean and stocked... More
