We usually stay at Obertal. It is a few minute walk from the village either along trail or by sidewalk, but condos are reasonable and all have fireplaces. We generally stay in the E or F building. Love the village and shops.

There are no elevators in the Black Bear Lodge, but there are rooms on the main floor, along with the restaurant and check in desk. Hot tub is down a floor, which technically could be a ground floor if you come in the back... More

I am not the mountain but they offer a number of discounts. one of the best routes is joining a ski club, they often have a one time rate that applies to many mountains
