Oh man. I just loved this place. We only stayed one night and I was so sad to go. The whole Inn is decorated with a cozy North Woods theme. Tom was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We stayed in the Tamarack Suite, which was spacious and comfortable with beautiful mountain views from a large bay window. My only complaint about...

My wife, sister and her boyfriend, cousin and his wife wanted a little bit of winter before it all melted away. We are after all from Miami, FLA. We got it and much more March 30 through April 3 at the Timberholm. Tom, Susan and Sophie where phenomenal hosts, providing everything you expect from a great B&B experience. The views...

Thanks for your kind words. We really enjoyed having the 6 of you as our guests. The minor plumbing problem you brought to my attention was taken care of right after I was notified and we appreciate the heads up. Hope you will stay with us again in the future. Tom & Susan

Tom and Susan run an awesome cozy B&B in Stowe. Home cooked fresh breakfast, clean rooms, warm fireplace, game room, hot tub - a perfect set of amenities for a getaway skiing or hiking! They have a friendly Labrador that says hi to you in the morning as well!. They are also very accommodating on the administrative front - I...

Thank you very much for your kind words and recommendation. Sophie, our dog, asked that we point out one discrepancy in your review and that is she is actually a Golden Retriever and not a Labrador. Best regards, Tom & Susan

Room was small, but cozy and clean. However with the entire property available, it was a very relaxing and open atmosphere by staff and other patrons alike. Loved the homemade cookies and hot beverages made available for afternoons and evening snacks. Beautiful great room by the fire on main level and also TV room on lower level. Very accommodating owners.

Visited Stowe as part of a trip North to visit family in Quebec. Although we didn't ski, we visited Mt. Mansfield and had a fabulous lunch at the restaurant at the top of the mountain. Timberholm is a well appointed inn with wonderful touches, like the most comfortable "hotel" robe I've ever worn! Excellent morning coffee with delicious and filling...

This was a great place that fit our needs perfectly. We visited Stowe for a skiing weekend with two couples, and two 17-year old boys. Timberholm was recommended by a friend, and it didn’t disappoint. The location is fabulous, if you don’t want to be right on the main street. It’s on a quiet road, with great views, and just...

Great hot tub. Room was cute, but small (the price totally makes up for that; we opted for a smaller room). Tom was great--gave good advice about where to hike. Breakfasts were absolutely incredible. There was a sundried tomato quiche one day that I swore I couldn't find and then I did. Good tea in the common areas. Hot tub...

Thank you for highly recommending us to other future guests. The fact that we are within walking distance from the new Alchemist Brewery, home of Heady Topper and turning out to be a nice addition to a visit to Stowe and the Timberholm. Best regards, Tom & Susan

My wife and I stayed early in the week during school vacation week. From the get go when I booked the room months ago, Tom was very accommodating. The Inn is very homey and cozy. Because we were out and about so much in our short time in Stowe, we didn't spend much time enjoying the comfy living room where...

We stayed her mid week during presidents week in the spruce room. Tom the owner was very nice and helpful. He also makes a great breakfast.
