This hotel is said to have been refurbished but we found little evidence of this. The carpet was stained, our toilet seat mobile, and water coming through ceiling. The bathroom is odd, main bathroom is very small with no wash hand basin as it is outside in the room, why they just did not extend the bathroom is beyond me...

Stayed here last weekend because it was the most reasonably priced hotel in Burlington. Probably wouldn't recommend it given other options -Very small bathroom -Interior is very old, could use an update -Continental breakfast is offered, but it's only cereal, snacks, and fruit (nothing hot) -Didn't realize there was a pool/ hot tub until I got there

Dated and dour. Rooms are uninspiring but clean. Common areas and hallways need new carpet and updating. Run of the mill and only recommended if you have to find a place to crash. Only redeeming factor was it's location just off I89.

OMG...please stay away from this place. Its dingy, old, unkept, etc. We were given a standard room on the 3rd floor that frankly looked like Freddy Kruger lived there...yuck!!! The phone didn't work, lamps didn't work, etc. No plugs for electronics etc. We spoke to this very lovely young lady that took care of our problem. She moved us down...

After checking in, we were told to go to the side entrance to get to our room. As my (76-year-old) mother tripped through the doorway, and through the small landing, she tumbled down a flight of stairs, hitting her head twice. In trying to reach her, I tripped over the same doorway, and twisted my right hand. Although we were...

I hate writing a bad review. I respect that someone owns this place and might be dependent on it for their livelihood. But the consumer has a right to know what they're getting into...and this place is a dump. It hasn't been maintained or seen a fresh coat of paint in many years. My wife and I spent the first...

First impressions are everything and the Anchorage hotel started off badly and did not get much better. Upon entering the first room my attention was drawn to the open window and the damaged window frame. As I approached the window the lower portion of the window came into view on the floor resting against the door to the adjoining room....

For almost $200/night expected at least Windows that locked and maid service! Checked in and noticed window lock broken. Employee came to check and said maintenance would check next day - not done. Returned to room at 5pm and room not made up and no sign of housekeeping. "Inn" should be thoroughly renovated or shut down. Shower/tub disgusting with mildew...

I stayed here twice during the summer of 2016, both for 1 night. It's a are bones hotel with a convenient location and a pool, but that's it. The first time was fine- room was cool and balanced out the hot temperature outside. The wifi also worked well. the second time I went, the wifi DID NOT work reliably, and...

Location is good. Right by interstate and across from mall and restaurants. We rented a room with 3 queen size beds for a party. Room was clean but hotel is extremely run down. None of the outlets held a plug, bathroom was TINY (mind you we had 6 people in this 3 bed room and the bathroom was barely big...
