Staffs there are extremely kind and friendly. Rather some guests massed up but they don't mind cleaning like new. Very impressive. I have been using many hotels but never had this kind of great service. Definitely come back and stay here.

Room smells like someone gutted a cod. We are frequent Hampton inn customers, but this might change that. No room for us to switch too. Something wicked happened in this room. Whole can of glade made it smell like glade and cod.

I have been coming to this hotel on business for over 10 years now. I return mostly for the friendly, helpful staff and reliably clean and well appointed room and bathroom. The location is perfect to meet anyone's needs in Rutland area, with multiple restaurants and shopping at your fingertips. It is wonderful year round for skiing, hiking or biking...

Nice friendly efficient staff. Typical Hampton Inn accomadations. Beds could use new mattresses, getting pretty soft. Desk chairs are worn, need replacing. Otherwise clean and everything in working order.

Stayed here on a Tuesday in December. Staff was very attentive. They called the room five minutes after I got in, just to check that all was well. Room very clean. No odors. Bathroom very clean... even the corners. First floor room at the end of the corridor. Very quiet. AC was in the room but fairly quiet, also. Bed...

King suite was really nice. The double sided fireplace was wonderful. The large size whirlpool tub was well worth the upgrade to the suite. The room was really spacious. Could easy for a family of 4 in it.

We really liked this hotel. They really paid attention to details, right down to the perfect night light in the bathroom! Comfortable beds, quiet, and breakfast was really good (and early enough for us).

Hotel room was clean and a quiet night. Except that the hallways and elevator needed to be cleaned. The staff (especially the manager) was rude. The pool was closed due to a broken heat pump, and the only thing the manager said to us was that he could cancel our reservation. Our kids were looking forward to using the pool....

If you want a great place to stay while in VT, go to the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Rutland. Immaculate--good food, friendly staff, and great amenities. They have an excellent breakfast included with the cost of the room. Overall, this hotel is a winner. Try it once, and you will always come back.
