I Saw a unit online and planned to book. Called to ask a few questions and the women on the phone was not only unhelpful but down right RUDE and NASTY. Decide to cut my losses and avoid this place.

I stay here at least twice a year for extended periods of time during the snowboarding season. The resort's proximity to killington ski resort makes it worth the money. I have always had great stays here except for the last time I stayed there. We received a notification that there was a beer smell in our room and that the...

We went with college- age daughter(21) her friend (also 21) and myself and husband (40's) The location was great, right by the slopes, the hotel check-in was quick and convenient, fireplace was great, and they put wood in your living room. Beds were comfy and even though the place was full it was quiet and we got a good nights...

We were trying to save some money, as we normally stay at the Grand, but what a mistake!! The people at the Killington hotel number recommended this place as an alternative to the Grand, but it is more like the Bates Motel than the Grand. Where to begin??? The hallways are dirty and disgusting - they were not vacuumed once...

I was definitely a little nervous with some of the reviews I had read, but we were all pleasantly surprised. We stayed in building 3, room b1 , and it was more spacious than we had thought it would be and the liviing room had appeared to had recently been updated. Not to say that the bedrooms weren't a little...

Staying here right now!!!! Booked a one bedroom, one bath "condo". It is more like a hotel/motel. The location IS convenient, however this place is terrible. The staff isn't very or friendly OR helpful. We asked for new towels coming back from a long day of snowboarding and they refused us until tomorrow, meanwhile on the welcome sheet it says...

I was hesitant to stay because of prevoius reviews. I've been coming to Killington for almost 20 years and stayed in many places including the Killington Grand Resort. I think this was probably "THE" place to stay at it's inception. There are not many new and posh places to stay in Killington. Although dated, this resort IS Clean. It is...

Our family stayed at the Mountain Green condos between Christmas and New Year. The room was fine - basic but clean and large enough for the 6 of us to fit comfortably. The linens were crispy clean. The dishes were a little worn - eaten by the hard water and the dishwasher I assume. The location is very convenient for...

Stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend for some early-season skiing. The location is excellent, right in the Snowshed base area with frequent shuttle service. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. It had a master bedroom with sitting area that had pull-out sofa, and attached bath. The 2nd bedroom is small and only contained a double bed. The living...

After I booked this place, I was a little unsure about it after reading some mixed reviews. But I have to say there was no need to worry because the room we had was excellent. (G3 I think) It was clean, modern and was equipped with everything you needed. Our veiw was of the slopes which was great as there...
