We drove 6+hours on one of the coldest nights of the year---The gentleman that checked us in was warm and welcoming. Our room had a king size bed and just enough space for a cot. It was clean. Old/rustic hard wood floors. The linens were very soft and great pillows. The room and bathroom were a bit small, but it...

I almost don't want to tell anyone to go here so we are sure to get a room! Skied smuggs and needed a quick two nights. Booked solely for the location and cheap price. We fell in love! Beautiful old historic inn. Simple rooms but cozy and all we needed the best part is that you have breakfast, lunch, dinner,...

The beds were super comfortable and our rooms were updated and vey clean. This was the perfect place to have our family gathering with all of the charm of White Christmas! We met our grown children there and it was so cozy and comfortable. There were board games and puzzles in the living room area by the fire place where...

Extremely charming and quaint inn. On the register of historical places. Super friendly owner. Rooms are great had a jacuzzi tub and an extremely comfortable king bed. The food at the tavern and cafe are fabulous. Would highly recommend this place!

The rooms are pretty basic here, and the older building has it shortcomings in terms of ventilation and facilities. When on a skiing trip , I prefer a more comfortable bath setup; however, in off season, the room is fine. I really enjoy the breakfast and dinner options. Food is typically a cut above average, which you expect in Vermont....

Friendly staff; however, I had problem getting a hold of innkeeper when we needed an iron. Didn't eat there so I couldn't rate the food. Room was clean. Room contained ironing board but no iron. A desk in the room would have been nice.

My husband and I spent the night at the Inn. The following day we had to go to a memorial service... It was so charming and cute. I don't understand what the complaints are about. We, got there a little late around 6 because we stopped at some places around the area. The restaurant was good the breakfast was amazing...

This an old but not so charming inn. The "year round hot tub" advertised on their website does not operate year round and was covered with construction materials in October. The manager said they only open it in the winter. The free coupons for the bakery, also advertsised on the website, apparently don't exist because we were not given those either....

I arrived here early, around 1 pm so I was not allowed to check in. But at 3pm, there was someone at the desk and he was very helpful and gave me the keys to my room. I had a nice stay at the inn. It is old but that did not bother me at all. It added charm to...

This a very old historic inn. The staff are very friendly, the room was nice, but very chilly!!! No thermostat, but when you step out into the hall it's very warm. We stayed here for the weekend while in town for a wedding, there is only one mirror in the room, which was a little inconvenient. Over all nice though,...

“I would not take Room 9 again. The other rooms that my friends had and others that we looked at were nicer. The innkeeper was very busy and not available in the office but wasn't hard to track down. We were told the rooms were all taken so the innkeeper was very busy.”
