I attended a conference here and one of the people I travelled with compared this resort to the one in the film “Dirty Dancing”. The rooms were clean, but the walls are thin and it was easy to hear my neighbors. I had a lovely...More

Thank you for the review. We do reside in a small, rural Vermont town but, as you stated, W.R.J./Dartmouth College is a few miles down the Interstate. Enjoy, Mark Avery

Attended a class here in off-season and had a wonderful visit. Beautiful, quiet setting on the lake with a great 5 mile loop road to walk/run along. No time for hiking this visit but many trails in the area. The resort is older but updated...More

To be fair, this could be a 3 or 3.5, but I personally score it higher as I LIKE some of the elements others may dock it for, and I've stayed a number of times over the years and have fond memories. First, I LOVE...More

I suppose over the years I have taken for granted the views, but it is spectacular. Please keep in mind our rooms come in all shapes and sizes, typical of a well aged property. Plus my Grandfather never believed in an architect which added to...More

Glad you enjoyed our Resort. Though it is much more than simply golf; I can see how a first time visitor may think this is the case due to the location of the course out our front door. I hope you had a great tour...More

We stayed at Lake Morey Resort as part of a tour party. The hotel is situated right on the lake with the most beautiful views from the terrace. The bedrooms are comfortable but no tea/coffee facilities in the room - rooms near the lounge area...More

The many who know me at times call me a curmudgeon (a good natured curmudgeon), being described as "lovely" will cause them to chuckle. If everybody could please refrain from telling the curmudgeon society, to which I am an honorary member, that I may be...More

Hi Jean. I'm not really sure. I imagine if you live locally you could inquire and if you're staying someplace else in the area again, inquire. The staff seem very helpful so it might be an option to explore.
