This is our second time staying with Lynn. She is so warm and generous. Her home is just beautiful, open and spacious. The grounds are beautiful adjacent to the Wiilley farm. Everywhere you look you can find something beautiful to admire. Her breakfasts are large and delicious!

We needed a place to stay in Essex Junction while attending my uncle's 80th birthday party. We researched Trip Advisor and found this wonderful place with excellent reviews. We were not disappointed! Lynn, your host (and owner) is welcoming, very accommodating and full of small talk and stories. The room was large with a private bath, beautifully decorated with a...

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful Vermont B&B and it didn't disappoint. Lynn's charm and graciousness along with her massive and delicious breakfasts continue to amaze. Her bottomless perfect coffee is a great way to start the day before exploring the surrounding area. This B&B is a hidden gem; so much so that it can be a challenge...

The last time I stayed with Lynn was nearly two years ago. The service and kindness I received at Willey's has remained with me and I felt obliged to review her beautiful B&B. I have been overseas for nearly a year and a half and have not had the chance to visit recently. I will be returning this summer and...

I returned to Willey Farm after enjoying it so much when I went last year. A quick 'phone call to Lynn a week or so ahead of time and I was all set for accommodation while visiting my daughter at a nearby college. Lynn was gracious as ever and opened up her lovely home without reserve. I stayed for just...

My husband and I stayed two nights at Willey's Farm B&B and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lynn is a sweet, gracious and informative hostess who served the most delicious breakfasts that we've ever eaten at a bed and breakfast. We slept in the Red Rose room which is immaculate, and spacious with a private bath, and wonderful views of the...

My husband and I spent 2 nights recently at Lynn's B&B to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Lynn was a wonderful hostess and cook! The Farm and B&B are set back off the busy highway and the grounds were surrounded by Fall colors/leaves! Other than the early sound of the train arriving nearby, a very tranquil, peaceful atmosphere. We would...

I decided to stay here with my daughter before dropping her off at one of Burlington's colleges. We slept in the Blue Room which was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. We relaxed on the porch before heading out to dinner to a local place recommended by Lynn. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. Willey's...

Just came back from an amazing stay! I have been to quite a few B&Bs but none like this! Lynn is an excellent host! She's super sweet, caring and welcoming. She was super helpful when giving us directions and recommending us places to go see! She loves to chitchat and all her stories bring a smile on your face as...

We stayed 2 nights at the Willey's Farm in early Aug. 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The 3 guest rooms are in a wing set aside from her lovely home, offering a bit of privacy. We had the Rose room with a private bath, many toiletries were included. The only sound we heard at night was the train off...
