We recently stayed for a night for a mini-getaway in Burlington, and the Lang House was terrific! It's right on Main Street, about five short blocks from the Church Street area, making it an ideal location for visiting the downtown area. The historic building itself is gorgeous with so much detailed woodwork and details. We stayed on the third floor,... More

Though we are not strangers to the Burlington area, we stayed at the Lang House for the first time on the weekend of Nov. 21-23. This is an inviting place to stay that appears to offer a range of rooms to guests. Our room on the third floor, though comfortable enough, was rather dark and had a smallish, "creaky" bed.... More

We stayed here early November of this year (2014), Lovely décor, very clean, great breakfast, superb bed. Stayed in the carriage house downstairs in the Galloway room. Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Loved everything but was slightly disappointed with the social aspect of it all. Thought staff would be friendlier and a little more personable. They weren't... More

Stayed here for the first time last weekend in the Garden Room for two nights. The staff (Bruce) was wonderful and made every effort to make sure we felt right at home. The Garden Room is essentially in the basement of the house. It is very private with its own entrance and little kitchenette. The bed and pillows were fantastic.... More

I'm going to add my name to the list of outstanding reviews that the Lang House has received. We stayed here for 5 nights in October. We stayed in the carriage house - upstairs in the family room. It was a little tight for the three of us but nice and quiet. The breakfasts were very good - if anything they were too much!!!

Every single staff member we came across was great. The bed was great and the house was charming. My breakfast was only ok (frittata), but my gf enjoyed hers a lot (waffle). The bath robes were really comfortable... I love a good bath robe. Location was perfect, walking distance to the pedestrian mall and such. The only thing I didn't... More

My husband and I have now stayed here on 2 trips to Burlington. This B & B is warm and inviting. Comfortable rooms, nicely appointed and comfy beds. The breakfast is 5 star! And the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it. Additionally; its location is wonderful. A quick walk to church street or up to the... More

This B&B was exceptional, but mainly in the "Bed" aspect. We stayed in the McClurkin room in the Carriage House, which was awesome with private access, but the same amenities as the main house (tea, coffee & water available on the first floor, as well as fresh baked cookies). The room itself was beautiful, big and soooo comfy. The bed... More

For years Lang House has been my preferred destination in Burlington. Kim and her staff assure that each guests visit is an experience. The gorgeous, pristinely clean rooms, the inviting attitude and the best-in-class breakfasts make Lang House THE place to stay in Burlington.

Thanks, Dr. Don! We are grateful to have guests who appreciate how hard each and every one of us work to ensure that you feel welcome, have a clean and comfortable room, and smack your lips after you've eaten one of Chef Courtney's delectable breakfast entrees. I gotta go -- Courtney just signaled me that staff breakfast is ready! More
