I recently stayed at the Brandon Inn for a group retreat. The hotel and area were charming, the staff was incredibly gracious, and the visit most enjoyable. As someone with allergies, dining during a group function can sometimes be challenging. The Brandon Inn was not only accommodating, but the food was delicious. I would certainly visit the Brandon Inn again.

I just spent most of a week at the Brandon Inn and I can't recommend it strongly enough. The location is fabulous, of course - the ice cream parlor next door makes a superb milkshake, there's a lovely independent bookstore just a few doors down, and could the town be any cuter? - and the Inn's food, furnishings, ambience, and...

We enjoyed a pleasant weekend in May at the Brandon Inn. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed learning the history of the Inn and exploring the town of Brandon. Everyone was most friendly, from suggesting dinner spots to providing some local history. Our very large room was clean and bright, everything we needed for a restful weekend. The breakfasts...

We only stayed one night here, but the accommodation was great! Our room was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very interesting and entertaining to talk to. Louis and Sarah were very helpful in suggesting dinner spots. We would definitely stay here again if travelling thru the vermont area. Bob & Isabelle

Stayed at the historical Brandon Inn in the quaint town of Brandon, Vermont. Our room, with a King bed was spacious and light-filled. The bathroom was also spacious and everything was very clean. Would have liked a television in our room.....but often at an inn, this is the norm. A full breakfast was included and both mornings we enjoyed dining...

My cousin and I were in Vermont for the first time.We stayed in the Brandon Inn because it was originally established in the late 1700's when our ancestors lived in Brandon. We found the staff especially Cami very helpful and friendly. The owners Louis and Sarah told us about the town and gave us many useful tips to help with our research.They...

We paid $175 (plus tax) on a room with a king sized bed. The rug was stained and the shower was the size of a phone booth. The breakfast was OK, but they served fake maple syrup! VT is a major producer of maple syrup! They are obviously putting money into the building, but should not be charging $175 for...

This review was also emailed to us directly, by the guests. This is a short synopsis of our response, in which we also offered a discounted future stay with us. The carpet was newly laid last November and sometime this August a guest dribbled something across it that I have tried in vain with carpet cleaner to remove. Very frustrating...

I stayed at the Inn for one night. From the exterior it is a charming building and once inside, the interior of the inn is spacious. However, when I opened the door to our room I was hit immediately by a musky smell that was very unwelcomed. The room was a good size but the furnishings were drab and dreary...

Thank you for taking the time to post on trip advisor. We took the time to look into your stay and the room you were in and did not find your comments to be entirely valid. There is no musty order in the room you stayed in. It does smell somewhat however like the wood cleaner used to polish the...

Had a wonderful stay at this charming historic inn in Brandon, VT as part of a family reunion over the long weekend. I had a nice spacious room and slept soundly for two nights. A great breakfast is included and it was lovely to meet up with family there and also to chat with the inn owners. Brandon has some...

We stayed here during summer 2013. Our room was spacious (it was a family room), so it had beds for the kids. We were on the top floor, which is the floor where pets are not allowed , due to allergy issues. I believe some smaller pets are allowed on other floors, if pre-approved by the owners/staff. The room was...
