Although we only stayed two nights, I felt teary eyed when it was time to leave. The room/bath were immaculate. Larry and Teresa were like old friends when we walked in for morning coffee, chatting as they prepared breakfast. Breakfast was so personally prepared and presented. We received hugs and well wishes when we left.

What a terrific find for lodging while visiting Bryce Canyon NP. We booked back in March and communication was very timely and helpful. We arrvied and were immediately welcomed into the beautiful Inn. Larry and Teresa couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. There were coffee and snacks available for guests and assistance in bringing our bags in was offered....

We tried this B&B based on proximity to Bryce Canyon and positive reviews. We were not disappointed. In fact we had a wonderful experience. Excellent hosts, immaculately clean rooms, very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast all made our stay very enjoyable. Would not hesitate to recommend this gem.

Stayed for 2 nights. Very nice, convenient location when visiting Bryce Canyon. Room was comfortable & very pleasant. Hosts were welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Definitely good value for the price.

While traveling with a couple we found this gem, unfortunately only one room was open so we split for the night but we lucked out and stayed in a clean and welcoming B&B. The host were friendly, personable and very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the room was great. Host even supplied us with bottle water because we had...

Stayed for 2 nights when visiting Bryce Canyon. We received a warm welcome and felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Our accommodation was in one of the rooms attached to the house and whilst it wasn't particularly large, it was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and varied each morning. The location meant that we were able to walk...

To be honest, we didn't originally book our stay here. We had reservations at another B and B nearby but our host had a medical emergency at the last minute and arranged a room for us with Teresa and Larry at their Bullberry Inn. We were extremely satisfied with our stay here - the room was cozy and super clean,...

When the B&B we booked fell through, the owner booked us into the Bullberry Inn. I don't know what our original accommodations would have been like but the Bullberry was fantastic. Excellent, friendly hosts, clean and spacious room, and delicious breakfasts. Larry also told us about a trail from the town of Tropic that took us to a trail we...

My Wife and I have stayed at several B&B's over the years, and this was one of our favorites - in large part because of the fantastic hosts. When we arrived Teresa and Larry noted that we were staying 3 nights and that my wife and I are in good shape. They knew something that we would discover the next...

If you are visiting Bryce Canyon don't even think of staying anywhere but Bullberry Inn! As a group of 6 ladies hiking in the area, we had a wonderful time. We stayed in the separate house and it was perfect. The breakfasts set us up for the day and Teresa and Larry, the hosts, were a wealth of information about...
