We are a little bit late writing this review since we were there last spring. However, we continue to have very good memories of our time staying with Larry and Teresa. They are very welcoming hosts who provide much information about the area. We stayed in the separate building and were very comfortable in our room with its nice porch... More

The innkeepers where helpful right from the start when I booked months in advance. We had a warm welcome from Teresa, and immediately felt at home. We had a downstairs room with our own entrance. It was comfy and clean with a nice bathroom. There isn't a fridge in the room but there is a huge fridge and freezer for... More

We stayed 2 nights in September when we were visiting Bryce Canyon. Teresa and Larry were an excellent host and hostess, with a wealth of information. The breakfasts were delicious! My sister's jeans got really dirty on a hike and they let her use their laundry room sink to wash them. I Would highly recommend the inn

My husband and I spent 4 days at the Bullberry Inn. I selected the Bullberry Inn after reading the great reviews of this property and it did not disappoint. Larry and Teresa were very welcoming. Every breakfast we had there was amazing!!! Teresa was even gracious enough to share on of her recipes with me. We had one room upstairs... More

We loved Bullberry Inn. Larry and Teresa were very understanding when we called to notify them of our late arrival then welcomed us with offers of hot chocolate and cookies. They were friendly and hospitable hosts. Our room was clean and comfortable and our homemade breakfasts delicious. It is a perfect location for visiting Bryce National Park. We arrived as... More

My daughter and I enjoyed our 2 nights at this well run and comfortable B and B. We had 2 rooms in the separate building, one upstairs and one down and both were ideal. Decor is tasteful, showers were hot and the rooms are quiet. Location is close to Bryce Canyon and the little town of Tropic (for restaurants). Teresa... More

We loved this B&B... ...great breakfast - plenty of coffee and something different and cooked each morning - one morning omelette, the next brioche and all so beautifully presented ...comfy room and bed - quiet, good shower and always plenty of hot water ...the entrance to the park had a few more touristy hotels - we liked we were slightly... A beautiful, quiet, elegant B&B on the plains. Next to cattle. Wonderful hosts. Excellent breakfasts. Only about 15 minutes to Bryce. Hosts give accurate info on local restaurants. Most rooms for couple, but do have two queen room, plus one with queen and twin beds.

Chose this from Internet recommendations and we were not disappointed - both coming to the same conclusion, quite independently, that it was the best B and B/homestay of our tour so far, We had the upstairs accommodation that was very roomy (a King and two singles but in two halves of a large room so some privacy if you were...
