We liked our room with a private entrance as it afforded us some privacy not normally available for a B and B. Our room was clean and comfortable and the outside views are beautiful. The hosts were very helpful in giving us tips on places to visit and out of the way sights to see. Breakfast was good. You can...

We enjoyed our stay at Buffalo Sage B&B. Nice owners and excellent food!. You had a choice of breakfast times and could choose to eat inside or out on the deck. We had two queen sized beds which were very comfortable. We saw rainbows from our deck both afternoons and awesome mountain views from the property. There is a small...

Amazing little B&B in Tropic, close to Bryce National Park. Alice and David were great hosts, the room was one of the best I've stayed in during my road trip across America and very, very comfortable and cozy. The fact that it has a separate entrance made it feel even better. Breakfast in the morning was very complete and delicious....

Buffalo Sage was a cute place to stay. The rooms are clean, a good size, and have good Internet connection. The balcony has beautiful views of the valley. The drive into Bryce Canyon isn't too bad, just beware to plan your day to stay near the park for dinner so you're not driving back and forth so much. There isn't...

Pulling into small town Tropic after visiting Zion, we were initially impressed by the descent from the plateau to the valley. On a hill off to the left, looking a bit isolated and bare was Buffalo Sage. Zoe, the pet dog, greeted us with loud barking, and quickly Alice and David appeared to welcome us in. Our room was great:...

Very comfortable B&B. Owners are really nice and make you feel at home. Bedrooms are well furnished, very cosy, clean and have a private bathroom. The place is close from Bryce Canyon, surrounded by a wonderful view. Breakfast is great, fresh and healthy. Cats and the dog are also very friendly and used to see people come and go. I...

David and Alice have a wonderful B+B that we would recommend to everyone! Excellent accommodations, great location, wonderful breakfast. We picked Buffalo Sage by simply searching the Internet as we planned a 35th anniversary trip through the canyons on a motorcycle. We knew nothing about Alice and David or their wonderful spot. A 20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon, Buffalo...

David and Alice made our entire trip worthwhile. A+. The vista you see out your bedroom door is fabulous and the proximity to the parks is close by; the drive in any direction is spectacular. Our stay there was completely enjoyable. The breakfast was large and wonderful and conversation with David and Alice is educational...on any subject. They are a...

David and Alice were wonderful hosts to us when one of our party took ill and ended up in the hospital. They could not have been more helpful, compassionate and understanding of our ever changing plans. The rooms are lovely and having a great deck to sit on at night and enjoy the stars was wonderful. Thanks again to our...

This was a perfect place to stay for our Bryce Canyon hiking trip. Alice & David were wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding. Plenty of food to give us energy for a day of hiking. They are located a few miles from Bryce Canyon, which was perfect, as we wanted to get away from all the tour buses/groups that...

“King room has a beautiful pine bed, spacious bathroom and lots of storage space. Private entrance to large patio with lounge chairs overlooking valley and mountains. No a/c but ceiling fan was more than adequate to get temp where we wanted. Two rooms open to bottom patio, and two rooms have entrance on upper deck. The king room is a bottom room.”
